I really liked the Nova Era at Geary, I prefer going there over any Nova Era branch and the food is superb! But I am giving it... one star because I was very disappointed on my last visit there. The staff serving me was rude. I think the customer servicethere can be better! To the management, pls focus on how your staff can improve the way they treat customers, provide them withtraining. Customer service is a skill and it can be learned. Thank you very much! Read more

A mochachino to die for, abundantly generous sandwiches, and pastries for miles. Don't come here if you have a sweet tooth,... because you'll never leave! The staff are always friendly and smiling, and service is always fast. I come here when my car isbeing serviced down the road, so it's always a tasty treat. Highly recommended! Read more

Came in for a breakfast sandwich. They gave my order to the wrong guy (it?s a busy place, fine. The guy should have been paying... more attention). They made me another sandwich, but got the order wrong. Instead of making me a new one, they picked off theincorrect ingredients in front of me and gave me the sandwich. When I finally attempted to eat what I had waited 20 minutes for,the egg wasn?t cooked in the centre. The iced coffee was fine though. Read more

2022 April 4? An Italian bakery serving cakes, pastries, coffee and deli sandwiches. With multiple locations across the city,... this location is the head office. Walk in and the first thing you'll notice is the at selection of products they serve. Thesugar coated fried balls were great. An egg custard style fluffiness that is reminiscent of honey cruller donuts but better! Thefried cod sticks were also good, nicely seasoned. The extra large croissant was just so so.. big, but lacked the light fluffybuttery texture. Also not dense, but reminded me like pretzels in a way. Prices fair. Would come again. Read more

Absolutely delicious! This was my first visit to this location, it was worth the drive. The service was excellent. We were... looking for a dozen natas but there weren't enough. They had some in the oven so we had an espresso and a snack while we waited. They are following the covid requirements so we felt safe. The girl who served us was wonderfully helpful and kind. Cinnamon onnatas is amazing! This will definitely become a favorite spot. Read more
