I am very disappointed with the management. Three times I ordered there an ice cream cake for my daughter who just turned 5... years last week. Only one of these times it was a success. One time the freezer broke down and we were not able to get thecake. Just this passed weekend we ordered one. We picked it and it melted within 25 minutes on the way home last Sunday whenthe weather wasn't even HOT. We were told it was our fault and we were not getting a penny back. We paid $70 for somethingthat was not done properly. My daughter was crying because she didn't get her birthday cake. Bad service at this location. Went for breakfast this morning ordered a latte and I got my latte in a disposable cup. Because I... was seated outside I was not provided a proper glass mug. I asked the fellow behind the counter (with glasses and beard) and herefused to give me a glass mug. This is extremely poor customer service I?m a paid customer and you should provide me the properglassware for me to enjoy my breakfast. Thanks for ruining my Sunday morning. I love this place!! They make the most amazing cakes! I always order here for every party I have, go the day before and place... exactly the type of cake I want and they'll have it ready for the day after. Once I gave a picture for how I wanted the cake tobe decorated and they nailed it! I love the custard tarts and hey have such a wide variety of pastries! I came here for the first time with my girlfriend and we found mold in the bread. In addition to that, another pastry we... purchased did not taste fresh and we went around 3 pm. When we told the server, she did not seem apologetic at all and just tookthe pastry back with an attitude. We are disappointed and wouldn't go back to this place. Read more
So many ladies working , but no one really taking care of customer service. They don't prioritize customer. I was the only one... in the line, and then a group came ofter me, and they start taking their order.
