Came here on a Thursday night. Service was super fast and price was pretty average for ramen. We ordered the Tonkatsu Miso ramen... and the Shoyu ramen. The broth was very flavourful and the noodles were the perfect texture. The restaurant is quite smallinside but they were able to seat us right away (maybe because we got there later in the evening). Kenzo is close to annex billiards, i dropped by after some snooker play for a bowl of ramen. Spicy ramen. Very spicy, very... hot ramen. I chose the spicy charsu ramen, with a heat level of 2 out of 3. The heat level was quite hot, but bearable. Myeyes had watered slightly but i could still taste the broth and condiments. By the time i finished my bowl, i left no broth. After paying for my meal, i saw the staff having their meal. They should also include the staff meals on the menu as well - itlooked amazing and quite delicious !!! Will drop by again to try the highest heat level !!! August 2022: Brought my partner tokenzo. She wanted to order a ramen with no pork or pork broth. Our server Hanna, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable aboutthe ramen, the broths, and how they are assembled in their kitchen. Came here for the first time because of the gluten free noodles (I have a gluten intolerance). The server was fantastic about... it, and made sure to confirm what broth and meat options were also gluten free. I can't speak to cross contamination if you havean allergy, but the chef and server were great about accommodating my issues. Food was a great portion, good size, and sodelicious. Best ramen out there! I have been meaning to write this for some time! We get the ramen here all the time! It is by far the... best. I get extra noodles which is a tip if you get the miso ramen. It is a huge dish and I usually have soup left over. It?svery cheap to get extra noodles and it makes it go even further! So filling and yummy. The staff here are so sweet and friendlyand they always greet you hello and goodbye when you come in no matter how far away they are from you, it?s very cute. The otherlocation we go to is great too! A cute location to go to after shopping. The atmosphere is very comfy yet modern. Staff are super friendly and amazing. The... prices are decent and the portions for the food are great. I ordered the mango smoothie with tapioca pearls for my drink and theking shoya (might have spelled that wrong). Both were delicious to devour, definitely would recommend going here and I'll forsure be coming back to this great location. Read more
The food was really good we got the Yakisoba, Katsukare, and one of the signiture ramen dishes. Surprisingly the Katsukare was... a favorite amongst all of us. The dishes are a good size well executed and you can enjoy some refreshing iced tea while you eat. Read more
Located so conveniently just out the Spadina Station, this was great place for hot ramen in a cold. The price is a little on the... higher side though. We tried shoyu and orochang and both were quite filling meal. I have had better Shoyu and Orochang has aspice level, so for people who can?t handle spice I would recommend 0.5-1 as the spice does tend to kick back in your throat butthe flavour is quite good. Customer service was average. Was a little disappointed when they brought out a really frozen cakewith a plate and spoon which I had to literally wait until I got home to be decent enough to eat. They also seem to have bubbleteas so its really a one stop shop for both savoury and sweet cravings. Read more
