Ridiculous. The coffee never came and the fries never came. We ordered 6 fries. Absolutely ridiculous. No fries, no utensils, no... straws, no sauce, no napkins. The drinks didn?t have fizz either. We ordered for our night staff and everyone was disappointed.Everyone had their order messed up in one way or another. This location is ridiculous. Read more
Food basic, service horrible . My son only ever wants McDonald's because of the free toys so I indulge sometimes. When I got to... the register the lady before me came for some $1 coffee special at the time, idk much about it, but the person at the registerjust told her that her cash machine wasn't set up to give her the special that THEY were running at the time and just handed thelady back her money and basically said bye, when it was my turn I saw the toys they had available and asked for the particularone (minions I think) but the lady at cash said it was the book and what ever other basic toys they would usually give. I askedfor they one I saw advertised on the wall as they SHOULD have them, one lady dissappear into the back and came out with ahandful of the same promotional toys I inquired about, but still didn't give me the one I asked for, but hey... what can I do?Lol Read more
Downtown McDonald's are always busy (to a rural/suburban person), but McDonald's standards of quality are followed as well as... anywhere at this location, and the service was fine. What atmosphere one expects from a high-traffic fast-food restaurant in adowntown core may vary based on sensibilities. It was 3 stars. Read more
It's what you expect of a McDonald's, the location looked like all their other locations, it was clean, service was quick and... the food taste as it should. I am slightly disappointed in the prices. They must have brought them up recently, and for theprice you are paying there are many better tasting burger places around. Read more
Cold coffee! No change. The girl was nice but tried to convince me it was hot. This was a good temperature for water a little... warmer than room temperature. I like McDonald's coffee but wonder why it has to be cold. It can't take any cream and 2 makes itcold! I will remove this review once they realize their coffee is cold. I do not blame the workers. Was here for breakfast, wanted orange juice, no orange juice was available, ok then I'll take decaf coffee, no decaf was... available, was offered a smoothe instead, and was told had to pay extra for it, if you do not have the product the customerwants upgrades should be complimentary. I chose pop without ice, the drink came with ice, had to change the drink, they don'tlisten. Also, washrooms were out of order. Literally the worst Mc Donald?s locations I have ever seen. The staff is very rude and they actually took a lot of time. When I... asked them for my order she (Claudia) asked me to take my money back and behaved in a very bad way. I really want the manger toteach there staff how to provide a accurate customer service.
