Came after closing and had to order through the app. That's fine. What's not fine is It took 15 minutes for me to get a poutine... and a drink. I watched it sit there for about 10 of those 15 minutes while they got all these orders ready for Uber and thenbrought it up all at once. I politely said hey when you have smaller orders that are finished you should send them so that Idon't have to sit and wait for you to finish all these other huge orders that I have nothing to do with. The guy gave meattitude and instead of apologizing just said "I was packing the order" repeatedly. I work at a restaurant that is way busierthan this one and this stuff is basically common sense. Doesn't take 15 minutes to pack a poutine and a drink. Not to mention hewas straight up lying to me because as I said I watched it sit there on the counter nobody was packing it. use your brain anddon't be rude to a customer that tries to give you a tip especially after you've made them wait for so long that the gravy ontheir poutine has a hard outer layer. I'm sorry but this location just lost a nearly daily customer I can get my coffeeelsewhere. Read more
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the lady let me know they had no grilled chicken so I could get the crispy chicken... which I didn't want. So I decided to go with the fish fillet which was more expensive but I like it. Somehow she ended up givingme the sandwich and change back. ??????????? Read more

The only annoying thing about this McDonald's are the amount of young drunk people that will be loitering or barely waiting for... their pick up order. Last experience I had at that window there were people loud slurr spit talking...a couple that acted asthough they were playing 7 minutes in heaven but had forgotten they WERE NOT in a closet and some next guy trying to sell me awet cigarette. The employee came to the window and called out the order number...4 times...no one was paying attention so I justgrabbed that order and Homer in the bush out of there so fast. Service and the meal was great just the loitering waste cases atlate times can be irritating a f . Lol Read more

The woman behind the counter is extraordinary. Twice now she's served me and always polite and speedy. The food was as it should... be, fresh and the hashbrown was nice and crispy. Definitely a good way to start the day. Read more

Was given food from the day before ( even tho I supposedly had to wait an extra 20 mins for fresh food). Only know this because... of the label saying September 6 617pm and I ordered food on the morning of September 7. Received wrong items then banned fromdoor dash for complaining politely about the order. Will never order from here again obviously for several reasons. Read more

I went there pretty late, maybe around midnight on the way home from an event, and they were not allowing people inside. You... were to order online and pick up at the sliding glass window. I was unable download the app so I ended up asking a random guy toorder my food from his app and I e transferred him the money. If you have the ability to pick up using the app it shouldn't bemuch of a issue. The wait was a bit long though. Read more

So when in for meal with a drink, and for the drink, I wanted root beer. Said they didn't have any, so I asked for a refund.... I'll just go to another McDonald's. I just don't like alot of soda. Magically it was fixed... still didn't want to eat therebecause after that my food would have been cold after 15 minutes of waiting around. Read more
