I always order from the mcd app from work when I have to go on my lunch break. For some reason, my order from the app didnt go... thru and I realized it when I got there. I forgot to bring my card to pay there since I had to re order it. The cashier told methe app has been glitchy lately. So I tried again and still nothing. I wanted to cry because I didnt bring any type of paymentwith me and I didnt want to.walk back to work since it was at the other side of the mall. On top of that, I was 7 monthspregnant so I was already tired. I spoke to the manager and she was so kind. She let me have the meal for free and I was sooothankful. I know this place is busy AF but hey, the display monitor is broken 99% of the time, and these ladies reading order numbers... never get things right. Appreciated the effort, but the experience is just disappointing. Today they missed my number, fair, (inprogress number still displaying), but when I kindly approached and inquired, no one answers me(ladies are busy readinginefficient numbers as usual????). If I could rate this a 0 I would. I don?t think I?ve ever left a review anywhere before but this is insane. After waiting 20+... minutes for my food On my break I made it back to my store and bit into a fully raw chicken nugget. Upon further inspection allof them were completely raw. Placed an order for a Happy Meal + Sweets at 12:35pm. Mobile number disappeared from the screen at 12:40pm. Asked about the... number, and was told to just stand and wait as it would be up shortly (even though the number has been cleared). 12:55pmpick-up. Half my order is missing. Not impressed. Read more
