I noticed a kids crafts night going on there tonight. Covid is still very much present. Not too mention the complete shortage... of children's medicine in Canada. And of course sick kids hospital is overflowing with rsv and other respiratory issues. Some of the staff and even Managers are just not the best to deal with. I've encountered more mistakes at this location than any... other fast food restaurant I've ever been to combined. Thankfully I don't go to McDonald's often but always seem to bedisappointed by something or another at this location. Read more
OK, so the food is never going to be great but how do you ruin a cup of tea? First, you put in a green tea bag when you ordered... orange pekoe. Then you add no milk when you ordered '2 milks'.Then you wait 5 min at the counter for someone who then drownsyour tea with milk, then you take it back again and finally get a brand new tea - as ordered. Two of the ladies on Tuesday the 1st November was chatting in their own conversations whilst they had my order in their hand as... I had to proceed to wait until their conversation was finished then I received my food. I was in here around 7am getting breakfast and I noticed the Indian lady was making my food with one hand while talking on the... phone. I complained to the manager who was standing right there but made excuses and defended her worker. "Relax , She's makingyour food". I can tell She was aware her worker was on the phone too. A small location...they recently redid the layout & decor...The inside feels like an unpleasant subway station, everything is... painted cement grey & it feels like it has less seating than b4. Not a place you wanna spend any time in really. Or take yourkids, I'd do just the drive thru here. Read more
This is one of the only restaurants open all night which is convenient for me as I work late. The staff is always very nice and... ready to help. They also accommodate special requests very well! Read more
