This store doesn't deserve one!! The store was nasty me and my daughter were sticking to the floor. They were vary slow took... almost 20 minutes from beginning to end and all I ordered was 2 small cheese burgers i asked for a large drink got a regularcup. Didn't tell anyone specially when they ordered their meals when the customer complained the cashier said oh we are a smallstore they dont care about us!! Uhm then who does your store manager not ordering enough or why didn't you call another storeand ask for wat you need she was vary rude to the customer then she walked away. The manager asked wat was wrong and she said wedont have large cups right now. I use to be a manager at a mcdonalds and our stores were never a mess if we didn't have anythingwe called another mcdonalds till we could find wat we were missing!! We made sure we had enough stuff most time extra to last ustill next ordering day!! Today I went to buy a happy meal with a hamburger and fries at the Mcdonald that is inside the walmart of keele and Lawrence... around 8 pm, when I got home my daughter opened the box and the hamburger was not there. Read more
Disgusting, so dirty. Should be embarrassed and shut down. The pop on the floor was there for hours.
Walked in and before I made my order, what I saw frustrated me. Every table was dirty. Both garbage stations were over flowing... The drink area was filthy. Staff chatting at the cash register, and there was a line of ppl waiting... why are customers waitingfor a conversation to end? Beyond me. I asked someone to please clean a table so I could sit and eat with my child. Who I assumeis manager asked someone to clean and they openly refused... it's a convenient location but man the staff could use sometraining. Food is whatever. It's McDonald's after all. Read more
Went early on a Sunday morning. Cashier was friendly and I received my order quickly enough. I didn't experience any of the... issues listed in these other reviews. Maybe because it was very slow in the restaurant and early in the day? The one employeesounded like she was training someone new. She sounded like a good manager. Clear and calm. online it says they close at 10:30pm. in person their sign says they close at 11pm. i arrived at 10pm and as i was walking... inside an employee yelled at me rudely that they?re closed. No sorry no goodbye was said. while i was kicked out anothercustomer was ordering. bad experience. Read more
