Nice staff. But they got the order wrong. Nobody cares. If i could give a minus i would. The manager has no manners. The decaf... is cold. If you ask ti have it warmed of the manager says, "its your own fault its cold for putting milk in your coffee".Meanwhile, the burner for the decaf is switched off. And the manager refuses to warm it up so you have to drink cold coffee.No other McDonalds seems to have that issue. So a formal customer complaint will be filed. Read more

Good service, good food. My only complaint is serving sizes. Big businesses like McDonalds are (in my opinion) artificially... increasing food prices so that you get less food for more money. Big Macs are now tiny Macs in Canada. The food is good, but fora Big Mac, Fries, and a medium drink for $13+ dollars, I'd choose to eat out somewhere else or make my own for good value. Otherthan that, the place is really clean and the service is nice. Nothing to complain about that. Read more
This location was just renovated. It?s alright but they removed the self serve pop machine. They added a pick up area for... drivers and let customers enter the back door to pick up online orders. No drive thru. Read more

McDonald?s on Avenue is the best McDonald?s we?ve ever been to. Drinks seem to always be hit-or-miss at every McDonald?s in... Toronto but I?ve always had good coffee (hot and iced) here. Keep it up! Read more

My go-to McDonalds! The food is always hot and the staff are so friendly. The wait time is a bit long when I?ve gone in to... order, but now I do curbside pickup and find it is much faster. At minimum, the wait is not so bad when I?m sitting in my car. Read more
It's a regular McDonald's, has a patio, lots of tables but it's very cramped in the dining room. Outside has 5 tables. Staff... was friendly, dining room and kitchen were clean. The washrooms are small, not enough room for two people. I gave it a threebecause while I was waiting for the washroom there were three guys who worked at that location in front of me. All left thewashroom without WASHING THEIR HANDS. I literally seen the last guy just pants up and left out the door????. I get it, notevery worker will wash up after visiting the facilities and this will happen at the most prestigious of restaurants(which Ieaten at many times) but when there's customers around you need to make the gestures and show you are washing up to make thecustomers feel happy. They didn't, three times. Totally made me feel yucky, thankfully I ate before ???? didn't feel likeupchucking. Otherwise I would have given the store a 5 easily. Everything else was clean, staff were fast and efficient,friendly and drink area was stocked. Read more

I went there at 3:30 I made my order at the screen and took more than 15 min to get my order ready, ppl who ordered at the... register got their food before me. I had to asked twice if my order was ready. At the end tha lady was very gentle and sheapologized for the waiting time. The food was okay, and I got the order as I asked for. Read more
