twice they got my order wrong. first i ordered hot chocolate and they gave me something with mint taste on it(went back and... exchanged). this time I ordered cafe mocha and they just gave me plain coffee with cream(i didn?t go back) just tired of themmissing a very simple order. They might have to re train their staff to make sure customers are getting what they actually paidfor. Read more

The staff was polite, but service was uncoordinated and slow. I received my beverages fairly quickly after placing my order, but... did not receive my food until 30 minutes later (and only because I inquired about it) and several items were no longer available(possibly because of the switch from the breakfast menu to the lunch menu, which occurred while I was waiting). I was not theonly patron who had to inquire about their order and several others were complaining about the wait times. I passed by here the other day to get a free offer I had on my app. I asked for the largest size I could get for the iced... coffee. The employee said they only had medium cups. I said well call you give me the hot coffee cup? She said no. I said, "wow,great customer service. Fine give me the medium." When I got to the employee who would give me my order, I asked for theregional manager's name. The manager wound up coming and asking what the issue was. I told her. She said she could give me thefountain drink cup and if I wanted fries or a pie or anything. That is better customer service. I'm happy with how the managerresponded to this. Read more

It was nov 7 when we drove thru, and bought happy meal and 6 donuts. This is what i saw on my donut when i bit it. At first i... thot it was the flavor but then when i tried to taste it, seems like not. Its a peeled fruit?s skin (not sure if apple or peachfruit) mixed on the donut. Its not just one but two. Hope next time you need to be very careful when youre baking. Read more
