I usually do favour this McDonald's but I recently tried to order from their drive-thru at midnight (as they have a 24hr... drive-thru), but without a vehicle. I walked up the drive thru but apparently they refuse to take orders from people walkingthrough the drive-thru, and to someone who doesn't do this often it might sound ridiculous to even attempt such a thing butsomething that McDonald's is usually good for is being a reliable food chain that you can order from during the night, and Ihave NEVER been refused service while doing this at any other locations. There is not another McDonald's I've been to thatactively goes out of their way to deny walking drive-thru customers, but as if that isn't bad enough, I just read another reviewof a motorcyclist being denied service.. that is just ridiculous. I hope it's only one worker being a stick in the mud and thatthey can improve their.. personal policies when working the drive-thru microphone. Read more
Hi actually we uber eats driver and you can see we are standing in front of them and still they are showing they don?t see us... and my orders were ready in front of me when i knock the door she saw me but came at window after 15 mins this is not only mcDonald everywhere i see this nobody respect uber eats and skip the dishes driver . Has a machine you can pay with your debit. Workers are nice here And theres many cheap prices compared to other places. Its not... perfect but i had good experience i like their ice coffee options Read more
I don?t know what type of owner / operator runs this Weston and Finch McDonald?s because he clearly doesn?t care for his... employees. I come here all the time at night around 1-2 am and for the past month of august it has been short staffed. I alwaysend up waiting over 20-25 minutes for food which is unacceptable and goes against McDonald?s values. I come to the window toorder and the staff is telling me wait a minute that minute turns into 10 minutes cars pile up behind me and start honking at meas If I didn?t place the order. I don?t know where the issue is but I do the know some of the staff at this location and theyare great they aren?t to blame. If only zero stars were an option. My daughter wanted fries with ranch dressing to dip. Simple right? I guess not!! They REFUSED... to SELL us some ranch for the fries. I love my premium roast coffee here. They never made a mistake. Best and quick service offered
