This was the worst Biriyani and Dal Makhni I have ever had. The Biriyani was soggy and had no flavors, whatsoever. It felt like... the chef had randomly tossed whatever veggies he could find into the biriyani, but forgot to add any spices or condiments.Furthermore, the Dal Makhni tasted like leftover Kadhi, at best. I wish I could get not only my money back, but also all thecalories that I gained from this unpalatable affair. I never post reviews online, but the food was so disappointing that I hadto vent out my utter disappointment. I have ordered their momos before and they were prettu scrumptious. They?re the BEST. Big servings! BEST MOMOS most authentic and if you?re from Delhi go here! Their Uber eats BOGO butter chicken... is soooo cool. Feeling fortunate to have found this gem. UPDATE: they COMPLETELY changed their momos. Now they give only 8pieces, different shape, size and filling. Not even half decent!! Also the cover was super thick unlike before ????. Won?t orderagain. I recently ordered from Masala Guys through the Kitchen Hub app, and I was pleasantly surprised! To be honest it's difficult to... anticipate what we will receive when we are ordering online as it often does not live up to the quality of what you would expectto find in a restaurant. In the case of Kitchen Hub they outsource and arrange for either delivery or pick up from differentrestaurants in the city. As such I was even more hesitant because there are multiple steps involved here in ensuring that yourfood arrives in time and of the same quality from the restaurant. I ordered the half tandoori chicken and the butter chickendishes on this occasion as pictured. First of all, I was very impressed at the packaging as everything was well sealed to ensurethat no leakage occurred. This is a must have!! Secondly the staff at kitchen hub were great and the pick up was seamless. Nowto the food itself: The half chicken was a generous portion although I do like a bit more of a char on my tandoori chicken. Thisalso came with condiments and a salad which was a nice touch! The butter chicken wasn't the best butter chicken I've ever had,although the taste was pretty good. Overall it would appeal to those who who aren't familiar with the original and authenticbutter chicken (no offence). It's a very tomato forward sauce without the creaminess and unctuousness of a traditional butterchicken. Overall the dishes were satisfying and delicious! Read more
Amazing and Afforable lunch for takeout???? I randomly discovered this place located in the annex food hall and I gotta say,... the food was amazing! I got a chicken tika masala combo for lunch and it was so tasty and the portion was just right! Also thenann bread was was so fresh, right off the grill. Should've just done groceries. $51 on Uber Eats for the Tandoori chicken and Bread. Dry (but oily) and small pieces of chicken.... I can tell already there's no flavor. Also the bed of lettuce and whatever in the box doesn't help and adds a soggy nastiness.They had one of the best Tandoori as recently as a year ago. They just couldn't keep it up or evolve. Read more
Excellent food, great portions. It is such a wonderful addition to the area and the Annex Food Hall. The food was so flavorful... and I left feeling so full! The curries were amazing, the rice was perfectly cooked, the salad was fresh and the staff andservice were so lovely. I love that they have an a la carte options available as well as lunch combos! I am super disappointed, I was craving for Indian food. We just moved in the area and I was counting on the Google rating to... find a good restaurant to order from. Please tell me if I?m wrong, Indian food is supposed to be bold flavours right? Well thisrestaurant is the contrary of that. All the food was flavourless as if no spices were used, it tasted water. The butter chickentasted tomato Campbell soup. The butter nan bread didn?t taste butter, the garlic nan bread didn?t taste garlic. The tandoorichicken was okay.
