1- Showed up around 7 pm today (3/11/22) and was questioned on whether the order was under my real name- what nonsense? 2-... Cashiers were very unwelcoming, the short girl yelled COMING from inside & took the order after almost 7 minutes of argument,Your tone of discussion & sarcastic viewpoints forced me to not recommend Little Caesar to anyone in my life. 3- THE PIZZA WASTERRIBLE *imagine eating a cardboard box with olives and 4 1cm cut pieces of chicken* Not to say your experience will be likethis but I was seriously upset. The only reason I rated poor and not terrible is that the pizza was cheap. I guess I got what Ipaid for. Next time- I would be over the moon if little Caesar can come up with well-trained staff. I walked into the store around 5pm and no one was at the front. A lady yelled out from the back ? coming,? as I proceeded to... look at the menu because this was my first time going to Little Cesars. After a minute, a young man walked into the store andwent to the back. It looked like he was just coming in to start his shift. As I continued to look at the menu, I could hear thesame lady who told me she was ?coming? having a conversation with the guy who just arrived. They were laughing and talking intheir language without a care that I was standing at the front for a little over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take myorder. When I realized what was going on, I walked to the side where I lady and the young man was talking while she was puttingtoppings on a pizza and asked if they remembered that someone was standing at the front waiting to order. At that point thelady thought it was funny, laughed, and pointed to the guy who she had been laughing and talking with, to go to the front. Itold both of them to forget it, and walked out of the store and went to pizza pizza across the street. The reviews for thislocation is 3/5 and I wanted to still go and support despite that. The customer service needs to be improved. I was verydisappointed in the behaviour of both the employees. Why do you guys hire people like this who lack customer service? It makesno sense. This place is blatent false advertising. They advertisr hot and ready pizzas but at no time in the day whatsoever are there any... hot and ready pizzas. They make you wait for 15 to 20 mintutes while they make one. This is my second time ordering Deep Deep dish at this location and BOTH times I could smell dish soap in the dough. Looks like... they didn't properly rinse the detergent from the pan after they washed it. The smell was so strong I couldn't eat it and had tothrow it out. Never ordering Deep Deep dish from this location again. Read more

This is the worst Little Caesars location. I placed an order but by the time I got it and realized what I received they were... closing and I could not get through to anyone. I will have to wait till tomorrow to call and make a complaint. My cinnamon biteswere made using old dough. It was hard, cold, stiff, and nasty. I?ve had the cinnamon bites from another location and theylooked nothing like what I received from this location tonight. I left a picture to show everyone. I also ordered pizza thatlooked like it was made by a trainee. The person clearly didn?t know how to properly roll the dough to make the crust. It wasalso obvious that they used dough that had been sitting out. It was not tasty. Will never order from this location again. Stayaway! Read more

We went into the store to order two thin crust and three orders crazy bread. After waiting for about 20 min. the cashier served... my wife the food but her mask was under her chin and not covering her face. Also why is $8.99 thin crust with pepperoni, and ifwe add 3 toppings (perpperoni, bacon and mushroom) they charge $6.00. Shouldn?t it be $4 for two extra toppings? They gave usa $2 refund but the mask worn improperly is not acceptable, so not sure if management is aware. Have attached receipt andscreenshot of video. I purchased a deepdish pizza from this location and the dough was still raw from within. I spoke with Vidhi at this location and... she told me nothing can be done. She claims they overfilled the conveyor ovens and so they probably didnt push it back into tothe oven which didnt let the pizza cook fully. This is not good during a global pandemic and we should be taking extra care ofwhat were eating. We werent eating out recently but today we decided to because grocery stores were packed. This location didnteven apologize they just said we kept it out of the conveyor for 2 minutes before pushing it back in so maybe thats why itdidnt cook. I can even post pictures of the semi melted cheese and the raw dough. You can tell from the color of the cheese andquality of the dough in the pictures that it doesnt meet little caesars standards. Really small restaurant with no seating/dine-in. Customer service here is always dry and unwelcoming. Service is slow too,... always had to wait and even when we called ahead for pick-up; still wasn't ready. Usually just us in the restaurant; no lineups. Food here is good though. Their Deep Deep Dish lunch special is what I like most and recommend trying. They use Vicinityas their Loyalty Program but they need to upgrade their system for customer convenience. They only accept the physical VicinityCard rather than allowing customers to input their phone # like how Chatime and other Vicinty Programs does. Read more
