Great franchise location with many authentic boba options.. Staff and prices are great.
Just ordered 2 drink. 1 L fruit tea (got charged L, but got a small paper cup instead of L plastic cup, and the explanation was... we out of the plastic cup, which I?m ok but why you charged me L and give me S? Customer wasn?t happy to redo it, so I justwalked out), and an the drink regular milk tea asked for L, but got a charge for M and got a small. Not sure if I should reportto CRA? Is it a rip off? Jin Xuan oolong 5/5, I recommend 30% honey and if you want a topping then try agar bubble. Signature fruit lite, 4/5 a mix of... apple, orange, grapefruit flavors; I recommend no sugar as fruit teas are quite sweet already. I love the basil seeds includedin the drink. Both drinks were delicious and refreshing, great for the summer heat. Read more
My friends and I visited this location this Halloween afternoon. It was a very gloomy evening but as soon as we walked through... the doors the couple working had wonderful energy and their chemistry was contagious. They guided us through the orderingprocess and we could taste the love in the drinks. A plus was the Halloween Candy they had for their customers! Great jobmanagement! Read more
