The food was beyond delicious. It is very authentic, gave me a south indian vibes although dishes are from different Indian... provinces. I liked the fact that water was offer in copper-made cups and jug. Highly recommend. Even the service was friendlyand professional ???????????? Read more

Before the nit-picks. The food is GOOD. Communication: took 10 mins to receive a menu. Was then told food would take 40 mins..... so I ordered some chai (to have while waiting). Was informed that they have "run out" of chai. 10 mins later.. received ourfood, and 5 mins after, the chai. So now I had to have my chai with my food, instead of before or after. The inconsistency incommunication was probably due to understaffing. Ambience: quite calm and peaceful. Well maintained for the most part (some ofthe seats were ripped). The Menu however was rather upsetting, not the contents of the menu but rather the appearance. For theprice range of this restaurant and the ambience, the menu didn't sit well. It was a printed piece of paper in a plastic case(notlaminated), a bit shriveled up and stained. and they seemed to have only a few menus that were passed on to the next table onceyou finished. However, I state again, fast service and good food. Chair was good too. Read more

I went to this place in the hopes of buying just mint coriander chutney, this lady said they don’t really sell it as it is... just a condiment… however, she insisted to just give me the chutney without a fee.. I insisted on buying something but shesaid it’s okay. It was the sweetest, most genuine service I have ever come across in Toronto. I will definitely come back toorder a bunch of food in this restaurant. She really made my day as I was already having a hard time with my baby crying allmorning. Thank you. Read more

The food is delicious. The Chicken 65 is a must! [Food] I ordered the Butter Chicken with a hot spice level, Chicken 65, and... samosas. The Butter Chicken was mouth watering, so good. The Chicken 65 was perfectly seasoned and everyone should order it. Iwasn't impressed by the samosas. I also could have ordered very spicy because the spicy wasn't that hot. [Service] The servicewas slow even though the restaurant was empty [Atmosphere] The restaurant space is nice. Read more

Amazing Indian food and the best Naan in Toronto. Make sure you try the Mango lassi as well. Friendly service and delicious... food. I only wish they kept their old lunch special- but other than that this was excellent. Read more

Kothur India cuisine may sound like a south Indian food restaurant, but it's not. It's a north Indian food restaurant. The food... served is delicious, but the service is super slow. We enjoyed the food too much. Kothur serves both vegetarian andnon-vegetarian food. Dine-in seating is low on capacity, but kothur is very neat and clean. I hope you must visit the restaurantor can order online for the food. Kothur is highly recommended for Indian food lovers in DownTown Toronto. Read more

The only restaurant that I go to when I’m craving for Indian cuisine. Authentic and high quality food that is made fresh every... time. My favourites are the butter chicken with garlic naan, manchurian chicken, and vegetable pakora. The restaurant is alwaysclean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Could not recommend this place more! Read more

Don't let the vintage entrance fool you. It's a fantastic place for Indian sub continental food. We went there on a weekend for... lunch special. Although it was our mistake since they serve special on weekdays only, they served us the food with a big smile!I loved their behaviour. And as for the food, it's very good! We will go back again!
