They couldn't get a simple order right. I waited 25 minutes and only one person was in front of me. Nobody working there had... confidence in anything they were doing. It was like watching chickens with no heads, fry chickens, and mess up orders foreveryone. Titanic of a night folks. I went back, and they continue to serve dry chicken versus fresh. This is a relatively newer KFC fastfood outlet located on Dundas and Ossington. Nice design with excellent use of narrow... frontage but deep corner lot. I am quite delighted with my find in a congested west Toronto. The food quality is excellentcompared with other KFC. The staff was helpful and my takeout was done on a timely basis. Just head out to this KFC whenever youfeel your urge for a memorable quick bite!! Read more

This kfc has dinning Area upstairs and a few spots on the main floor . It looks alot better then the old building. And it is... only street parking so it hard to find a parking spot. There is a handcap washroom on the main floor but it take a long timefor the door to close and you can not force the door close you have to wait for it to close. Read more

Went there two days ago. Got the $5 boneless box. I would like to ask, what is your policy for when customers inform front line... staff of an allergy?? On 06/14/22 at exactly 12:55pm I informed the cashier that I?m allergic to some ingredients in the sidesyou offer with that special. I asked if it was possible to switch the side for a drink instead im a delivery driver and that daywas really hot! No! She sharply. That will mess with our count! Why do I care? It will make me sick i thought. Instead I askedagain pleading that I?m only asking because what you offer makes me sick. Again NO! There is nothing I can do for you. I thinkshe was just unnecessarily rude. And this isn?t the first issue. This is the second time I?ve visited this location the 1st aburger and fries took almost 15 mins and either DM or Opps Manager had to address them about it. Read more

I should have known when my online order wasn't ready for pick-up that things were not going to go well. Or when the person... behind me told the employee the last time they ordered the chicken was overcooked and they offered to cook fresh chicken forhim. Got home and started going through our food. The fries and gravy were good. The chicken was disgusting. Pieces wereovercooked, small and unrecognizable. The coating was very greasy and did not stick to the chicken. This was not the KFC Iremember when I was a child but a good reminder of why I usually go to Popeye's now. Read more
