I waited 20 min for a simple chicken bowl and 2 tenders. The chicken and fries taste stale and cold as if it was left out for a... long period of time. (Not freshly made food.) All 3 staff members were handling food/cash without gloves. Puke. Read more

Normally I’d rate this places a 3 because they almost always forget something but today was embarrassingly bad for them. I... ordered KFC and I guess some on staff got confused with the place sharing it’s kitchen space with a Taco Bell, becausethat’s what I got. Someone else’s order from Taco Bell. My name is on the box so I don’t blame the Uber person. It’s allthe same pickup. Now I can’t help but think that there is someone else with my name who is equally annoyed that they got KFCinstead of their Taco Bell order. Be better organized guys, I swear you’re getting worse.
