Made me wait 45+ mins for my order and stuff to was very unprofessional they just fooling around while I was made waiting for my... order on asking they just said 5 mins more every time. Hope the management takes notes and the franchise too this is my worstever experience here. Read more

The store manager name Himanchi dont know how to handle customer complaint. We ordered thru online and when they delived it, the... food was so bad. The chicken and fries taste burn. We came back to the store to fix the problem but the store manager say shecant do anything about it and she dont even apologized to us! we're so very disappointed with the food and how they handle thecustiner complaint. I dont know why that store manager got that position, she dont even care about the customer. We will neverbuy a food at your store. You will loose customers because of the people in this store not well trained. Poor customer serviceand the food! We're not gonna place an order at your store! Read more

The second time I went there and the second time I felt they make the best KFC in Scarborough. It's crispy, juicy, and properly... served. The girl at the counter was so sweet and courteous, something other fast food joints in GTA should follow. Will visitthis store again. * Only complain would be their french fries...so bland! I had previously posted this review and magically it disappeared, which has added fuel to this fire: Ordered delivery on... October 17 and this is the second instance of not receiving all my items. I have been trying to call the store for 4 hours now,nobody picks up the phone. They are clearly avoiding all phone calls since the staff are likely pulling a deliberate scam. Ineed a manager to contact me immediately to refund me and rectify this situation. This is completely out of line. Edit: It isnow a week since my delivery, countless phone calls to the store, complaints to customer service, filling out the complaint formon the website. NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE AT THIS STORE. It is unacceptable. Especially since they are still supposed to takedelivery orders over the phone.... they are clearly pocketing the money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Read more

Don't order from this KFC! Twice now I've ordered from them and had multiple items missing. This time it was two poutines and... dips. I've been trying to call their store for the last 4 hours and no one picks up. Their employees are pocketing thedifference and ignoring the calls. Thieves! Read more

Waited almost 15 minutes before they took my order. When they did food was hot but the chicken was greasy and the usual... seasoning and nicely covered skin was all pealed and gross...tasteless!!! I get that it was $2 Big Crunch day but trying to poison the public with brown almost mouldy lettuce is totally... unacceptable. Luckily I was at home and was able to replace the lettuce with some of my own. I go to KFC quite often and thiswas the first time for this location. Never again. Read more
