Ok chicken and fries, bad taste coleslaw

Where do I begin 900 Dufferin st. BuildingB ... my first impression during lunch is the time that I went and it was absolutely... empty and the staff were cackling about their boyfriends. I placed my order and within one minute I received it. Now keep inmind I came out of the freezing cold hungry as hell!!! The french fries alone made me feel like I just pick them up off thefloor on the street absolutely horrible, the sandwich was somewhat edible the meat was half cold the outside was hot that wouldexplain the under a minute service. I was not given nor asked if I wanted some salt and ketchup, I was given the paper cup tofill for my fountain drink and sent on my way. As I mentioned it was freezing outside and I was hungry, so I sat down and atewhat I could and I had to toss the rest, while I was trying to eat what that was the staff was very Rowdy very loud babblingabout their boyfriends and possible breakups not exactly something that should be happening in the workplace and definitely notwith that high volume. I was absolutely shocked by their behaviour and the lack of customer service. I have been there beforemaybe a couple of years ago and I remembered that it was nice which is why I stopped this time as well. Needless to say it is onmy never again list permanently!!! Read more

The promotion is only available through the app but they make sure they caused a glitch where the keyboard won't show up to... enter a useless phone number for a pick up order and when you call customer service they can't do nothing about it. falseadvertising at its finest. So the time is 11:30 a.m. the app is not working stores blaming this promotion on corporate and corporate is not answering. the same thing they did last year. It's clear this place is a scam and it's only a matter of timebefore they go out of business. Read more
Food is good. Nice place to have a quick bite. I always see drive thru is always busy. New plant base food is good. Must try out
Chicken is consistently way over cooked? chewy and gross? Taco Bell still ok but avoid the KFC
