The pregnant lady working here doesn?t know how to talk to customers. She doesn?t even greet the customers and doesn?t use... thanks or please as if she is doing a favour. No professionalism. Garbage food, with an even worse manager. I ordered delivery, which might I add, I paid 5 dollars for, the food arrived over an... hour later because they did not have a driver available. Some of the items I ordered were also out of stock, so I couldn't getthose. When the items arrived, the chicken was tough and dry. Almost inedible. I had to throw most of the items out. Icomplained to the manager, who was so rude to me, I was shocked. The manager instead of blaming her restaurant for theirshortcomings, blamed me for food shortages (the missing items) and told me that even if I paid for delivery, I should have cometo pick up the food my self. As for the food, she refused to believe me that it was poor quality. Absolute garbage customerservice. I highly suggest you stay away from this particular KFC. The chicken tenders were salty and even with the dipping sauce, they were still salty. The only good thing that came out of it... was that it was a $5 boneless box and it was filling enough. Read more
