I was unhappy with their selection of soups. There was no ginseng chicken soup and they only offered soon tofu, pork bone soon,... and kimchi soup. I ordered a beef bulgogi rice and the portion was very small! Nice employees and side dishes but nothing toospecial. The price is not worth it for the tiny portions. Read more

Catching up at Ka Chi again for a homely Korean meal. It?s few years since I last visited Ka Chi, it?s long been one of our... favourite Korean restaurants in the GTA. Each location is quite authentic when the pork bone soup is so good. This time, I camefor the Dolsot Bibimbap. That colourful array of veggies mixed with beef bolgogi and runny egg on top of a bed of rice. Mixtogether in the hot stone pot and add sweet spicy gochujang for a satisfying meal each & every time. The Korean food here is delicious! The three dishes I ordered, the pancake, bulgogi, and pork bone stew were all very tasty. The... banchan sides were also great and unlimited. The waitress was friendly and the kitchen staff was quick making our order. Onlycomplaint is that it is on the expensive side. Read more

The foods is not really special compared to the other Korean restaurants. The taste of their foods/menu are just so so. This Ka... Chi Restaurant is way more expensive than similar or other better Korean restaurants in Mississauga. The minimum price of onemain course here is about $19.95 When we went there for dine in, there was no customer at all. So quiet. They also stated amandatory service fees at their cashier desk. Minimum mandatory service fees are posted at the cashier desk as follow: 4 people= service fee must be 15% 6 people = service fee must be 18% 12 people = service fee must be 20% No matter how the service tothe customer. Probably these service fees caused customers reluctant or avoid to dine in there. Also, Toronto is not friendlycity with customers who live far, since everywhere you park your car for whatever reasons, you have to pay and worry aboutparking fees, if you don't want to get parking ticket. Parking fee is $3.50 per hour. We would not come back to this restaurantanymore. I believe the owner pay very low wages to the waitress, so they are not happy. Read more

My hubby & I came here for lunch yesterday. We were walking along Dundas & this place caught our eyes due to a large number of... pictures with food items and descriptions stuck on an outside wall. I quickly looked it up on Google reviews and it was rated3.9 which is okay for me to try. I got my usual order of Gamjatang regular spicy. You can get it mild, regular spicy or extraspicy which is nice as I have never seen this being offered at any other Korean restaurant. Omgoodness it was sooooo good. Thepork was fall off the bone tender. Still slightly pink and full of flavor. I got 3 pieces in my bowl & there was so much meatthat I didn't finish it. I also really like that there was bean sprouts in it too. My hubby got the udon noodles with spicypork on a hot plate. He said it was pretty good. The banchan here was just okay. I've had much better & fresher ones. The onebig downside is their prices. My gamjatang costs $17.95 & my hubby's was I think $22.95. We've never paid so much for Koreanfood before! Read more

I used to love them before the pandemic happened and for the first year of pandemic, their food and price are still ok,... affordable compare to the quality. Visit their restaurant this week after a years and totally disappointed, the side dish wasminimizer a lot and nobody ask us if we want to have refill, the food taste is totally different than before, I don't know ifthey change chef or not and the price are totally high-sky compare to another Korean restaurant. The food portion was ok, likenormal Korean restaurant. The server was not friendly and greeting too, we ordered a Sprite but they didn't bring it out , wewait for 20 mins after all the food come out to see but they just standing at the receptionist desk, chatting and don't evenbother to come so we don't wanna remind them either.
