Reviews for Jules Bistro in Toronto, ON
We came here on Tue for the half price steak. Originally is $90, now $45. The steak quality is very average, but it still... tastes ok with chefs skill cooking it to perfection. We also got the escargot and daily specials pate. Interestingflavour. The menu is not very extensive, don’t expect a lot of options, because it’s a cozy French bistro. Seating is abit tight, no social distancing at all and you can clearly hear the conversations of the tables around us. Service is great.Smile on face all the time. Read more
My favourite place!!! It was my first time visiting this location after they moved from spadina location. Still good and great... service! It was my first time ordering the rack of lamb (for 2ppl - $80). As always, their salad and fries are so good. The lambwas good too but felt they needed to spend some more time on sauces. And ofc took super long time to get the food, it’s afrench resto lolololol Read more
Had a delicious dinner on the patio! The portion sizes were good and the menu was more comfy french food. I ordered a medium... well steak frites. It came with salad and ketchup/mayo on the side. The steak was seasoned well and they really know how to cookthe steak based on your choice. Service was prompt and I liked the cozy vibes. Read more
Has a light lunch there. The food we ordered was not bad but I don't like the onion soup. It has a thick layer of oil on the... top and it was too hot, burnt my tongue. We didn't have a good experience at checkout. Google review should map thisrestaurant $$$ rather than 2$. Read more
Had the loveliest date here! French cuisine was delicious and great dish portions. Amazing interior, not too small or cramped... and excellent service. Highly recommend to visit! Read more
Fantastic! What a great experience from start to finish. There was an issue with our reservation and the problem was resolved.... Our server was on fire serving up multiple tables and flipping in the 2 hours seating times. The food was amazing. The sharingplates were plentiful and reasonably priced for downtown Toronto. Our compliments to the chefs and Jules Bistroteam???????????????????????? Read more
Hey gang, Back with another review. This it's Jules Bistro, great space to go to after work, date night, or just go out with... the girls. The food is filling, and delicious, (see the pictures attached.) The service was fantastic, attentive, and onething I wanted to point out, it wasn't a big deal but our table was a tad wobbly, and our server came by and made a quickadjust. I can say it's a small detail but I can speak for most people in sayin it's appreciated.:) The space in the restaurantis a little tight, however, it's cozy. So it's a nice balance. Overall I'd recommend this place to anyone definitely check thisnice spot. Great restaurant, keep it up people. Until next time, Cheers, Akil Read more
Great little hidden jem of a french bistro. It has a well stocked bar and wine cellar, and an amazing menu. I had the beef... tartare, one of the best I have had in the city. Staff was super friendly and professional yet relaxed so it did not feel likethe ridge corporate restaurant you find in the downtown core. Great sport for a date or for a catch up amongst friends. Allbrought together by a dimly lit ambiance. Read more
