No flavour whatsoever. Got the dragon force and literally was just ice and a hint of ginger. Told their employee and she refused... to do anything. Had to throw it out after two sips and I HATE wasting food. Would never ever return and suggest you save yourmoney, and go one floor up to the Real Fruit Bubble Tea place instead. Read more
Went here on Sunday, got the Berry Banana - worst smoothie I've ever had. The guy filled it up 3/4 with apple juice. I don't... think he even put a banana in it and I couldn't taste any blueberries. Waste of $7.29! Will never get a smoothie from hereagain. Read more
I usually frequent this location because I love Jugo Juice smoothies. Some of the staff are really nice but some of them have a... horrible attitude. Especially this one Hispanic-looking young lady in particular. She ignored me and was texting on her phone. Ihad to call her over so I could place my order. When she came around, she made me feel like I was a nuisance. I couldn't hearher tell me that my smoothie was done and she just left it on the counter. I had to check the counter to know it was done. Myfriend and I were upset with the service we received. This is not the first time she has behaved this way but this particularoccasion was the worst. Management, you should really look into this because many people have been complaining and you'll losebusiness. I like smoothies, but not enough to be treated this way. Read more

This was the closest juice store, and I almost had to see it just to see if the girls were as bad as the last few reviews.... Literally came online to google other nearby Jugo Juice locations so that I never have to go back to the Eaton Center location.... As another reviewer mentioned, the staff is incredibly inattentive, particularly the one Spanish/Latina girl. She literally actslike she's doing you a favour by taking your order! And she takes her own sweet time! I've also noticed that my drinks don'ttaste the same and/or aren't properly blended when she makes them. I work across the street from the Eaton Center and will nowhappily walk to Gerrard Square to get my jugo juice just to avoid this location and that particular member of the staff. Read more
Not a friendly stuff.... There was a huge commercial of the dragon fruit bowl and I ordered it and they did not have it... Kinda... weird. So I got the berry bowl instead and it was just an icy soup. No taste, not thick at all very watery so all the berriesfell. It was just not good for the money I paid for it Read more
