Had Chef Bobby and Hana for a private dinner service at my house for my wife’s birthday. They did an exceptional job at... communicating and tailoring the menu to my liking for the birthday surprise. They were very easy to work with and exceeded bothof our expectations. First time ordering from Indonesian flavors, really impressed with the Bebek Sinjay ( fried duck), sambal pencit perfected the... dish , gado gado completes the meal …. I ordered gado-gado and 8 pieces of tempeh. I really like the peanut sauce. The flavor of the peanut sauce and tempehs are same... with the one I used to eat in Indonesia. I just need to adapt having lettuce on gado-gado, I think because it's hard to getcassava leaves in here so it's replaced by lettuce. But overall I really like it. Especially the onion crackers when mix withpeanut sauce, it's good! Read more
