Reviews for Impact Kitchen in Toronto, ON
Came here for a team lunch with coworkers. My colleagues enjoyed their powerbowls. My grass-fed burger wasn't exactly cooked so... I sent it back. It was still not perfect when it came back but the business was nice in giving me a gift card to make up for thebad experience. The best part of this place is their desserts. Their cookies and brownies are so delicious. Make sure you trythem! Read more
Food was fantastic but service was a bit lacking. Server asked if I wanted a glass of water and I said I do. But the glass of... water never comes?.. Will still go back for the healthy and tasty food thou. Read more

This is my first time here and was really amped up after reading all the reviews. We were really craving for some yummy soup on... a cold rainy day. We ordered the Thai butternut squash soup which sounded great going by the list of ingredients. I orderedonline on their website and for the first order you get 50% off. But the thing is you don't get the sourdough bread free thatdining people have indicated. Not sure if dine in folks get it for free but whatever. No biggie! I went over to pick it up. Theentrance was a little confusing to find if you walk on harbor street but I found it. I picked up my soup and I told them Icarried my own paper bag which they were pleased about. I was happy that they acknowledged my effort to save the planet. Theplace is bright with nice glass windows and plenty of room to socially distance. I brought home the soup, heated it as oneshould and started eating it. It was under seasoned. So I added salt and pepper. The flavors didn't really hit the spot. But I'mwilling to give impact another try because their bowls looked really good and maybe that's what they're known for. A slightlydisappointing start but next time they will win me over! Read more
I was in Toronto in November. The restaurant is very large and the food offered is healthy and very good. We went there twice... and both times the staff was very friendly! The service was also very fast. Read more
I was in Toronto only for 2 days and in both of them I went to Impact Kitchen. If you care about what you eat this place offers... nutritious and delicious food, and they have plenty of options as far as food restrictions go. What I liked the most is that injust one meal I could get as much micro and macro nutrients as I could and then not have to worry about what I had to eat forthe rest of the day. Read more
Great view from my balcony, i was eventually curious to come in and give this place a go. I was greeted immediately by any... employee who spotted me, they are all super friendly. Thats honestly what really stood out to me about this location, was thestaff. I have bad anxiety and i felt completely comfortable around all of them!! Good size outdoor sitting area, that's alwayskept clean. 5 stars all around. I believe i ordered the "Power Breakfast" that tasted good. I definitely recommend toeveryone. I just wish the cappuccino i ordered had a sugar in it or if sugar was offered on the side for customer preference, unfortunately the cappuccino was a bit bitter for my taste. I left it, as it came. Overall.. i will be back ???? Thank youIMPACT KITCHEN for the great breakfast and good service. ???? Read more
They have good food, however I was upset to see they shortchanged me on the flank steak I added. Was Supposed to be 6oz, took it... home and threw it on my digital food scale and was only 2oz. I had to bring it back (luckily I live across the street), and theydidn?t remake my bowl, rather they added a bit more steak (overcooked) to it and gave me a free cookie to compensate. I rarelyleave reviews but to be charging customers $20+ just to short change them is a really poor business practice. I can only hopethis was just an honest mistake, either way not a good look.
