I TRULY enjoyed this bar, I felt a sense of positive energy going in! And the employee Erik was super kind! I?m not much fond of... bars and decided to go in and see how it was like, and this employee made my visit feel welcomed and I truly enjoyed the drinksand food! You can tell he has amazing customer care and makes you feel like a regular customer, heck it makes you want to be onetoo! Fast service and great food, 100% recommend this place, and if you see Erik you?ll definitely be feeling welcomed! Read more
Beautifully renovated sports bar! Amazing decor and lighting. TV's everywhere, even at your table. Fun crowd, great staff. Coco... was very friendly and attentive. Thank you Coco! Wings a tad overdone, but overall a great spot! Highly recommended! Read more
This place is simply amazing. It has a perfect feel of a sports bar & Grill. Very unique beer -on-the-tap choices. The quantity... of food is great along with the prices. Kudos to Prat (Pratik), Manager/ owner of this location. He is a great host & knows howto take care of his guests. Good local spot for some pretty good wings and beer. The beer selection could definitely be better and the wing flavours are... good hut limited and they dont leave you feeling heavy like other wings coated in breading. The sauces definitely could use moreheat and the hot is a mild-medium level but I haven't tried their suicide yet so hopefully that at least kicks it up a bit. I'vehad a couple beers which tasted a bit watered down but for the most but they've been good but I've been trying to stick withcans now just to be safe. Service tends to be lacking everytime we've been with servers forgetting the orders, bringing thewrong items, not bringing plates, following up on how meals are or if we want other drinks. I dealt with who I believe was theManager previously and he was quite helpful and friendly. Read more

Ordered our appetizer and no plates or cutlery on the table, we asked for some and never got them, so ate our apps with our... fingers. Server was unfriendly. Shrugged her shoulders and walked away when our table didn't order drinks. The main meal was ok,nothing spectacular. The manager has no managerial skills. Reprimanded his staff in front of customers. It was uncomfortable.The only good thing about our Hoops experience was the music. Read more
Downtown location reopened and it's a sad state of affairs. Give it 2 stars only because of the servers. They tried very hard to... make it right. The manager, or so he calls himself, is not meant for this industry. He seems to feel that getting tortillas withsaucy fingerprints all over them is okay and "that is how the kitchen works." The mozzarella sticks were not even separated fromthe freezer. Don't get a salad, because that lettuce is NO GOOD, i mean rotten! My husband's ribs were still frozen in thecentre. Both servers on the top floor were lovely but had no support from the powers that be, they deserved far better. Datenight ruined. I guess we'll leave the past in the past. Read more
Annaka ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) was our amazing waiter. Super attentive and very easy going. Very sweet & provided such ... good service. The ambiance is nice , there?s many tvs to choose from & the music was good! I love places that play differenttypes of music. We love trying new foods , I was a little skeptical at first but the food was very flavorful & delicious . Thedrinks OMGGGG Nicole the bartender KILLED it! We had multiple margaritas & a pina colada. The peach margarita was our favorite!I would definitely recommend this place. Read more
