We were in a convention at the MTCC, we wanted lunch and found this place, low expectations due to reviews, however the staff... was very friendly and effective, we got a table in 2 minutes, the food was surprisingly very good. We had a great experienceoverall. Read more
Food and Experience here was below sub-par. Would NOT recommend! Drinks were okay, and the server tried her best but food takes... a WHILE to come out. And the food is NOT good. Service was so slow, I witnessed 3 tables walk out because the drinks had neverarrived. Cesar Salad needed extra dressing - asked for more dressing and was brought Balsamic instead of Cesar and the bacon wasso burnt and crispy it became inedible. Wings were small and tough. Fries tasted okay, reminded me of cafeteria fries. Asked forwater, twice, did not get it. Spinach Dip was yuck and pita bread was tough. Drinks were good, however, they were out of optionsso I ordered the last possible drink available. And had to make a custom drink after nothing else was available. Overall, wouldnot return or recommend. One Star for good location and view of CN TOWER. Read more
I am seating in the establishment right now, three servers have past me a few times. Asked me no questions, offered no service.... I know I came in to use washroom and than found my own seat by pool table but would still expect acknowledgement. Oh waitanother five mins to round it to a 30 min wait then go eat somewhere else. Awesome ambiance and location. A good setup for the sports bar, where I see too many tv/screens. Extra star for the tables with... personalized tv/screen for game watching. Also, the pool table and games are available for customers. The service is not up tothe mark. After table allocation, no one attended us for 15 min. Finally, I had to order drinks from the bar counter. The serverdidn?t show up at all at the table.. hence unable to place a food order. Hoping to see improvements in the service. Read more
We went to this establishment after the Jays game 6/18/22. We were approached by a nice human. We chose to sit inside. Our... waitress was pretty busy but she did ok. We mostly all ordered sandwiches except for one. They got calamari which they saidwas delicious. Then they also had chicken wings and they weren?t to good. They were a little over done but it?s better thenbeing under cooked. The sandwiches we had were two steak and a triple decker club house. They all were exceptional!! The Aujus was done great and that person complains so much I was so happy to hear it was good. Thanks for the good times. We will beback one day soon. It was super busy which I?m sure it is every day in Toronto! The service was fast and food was warm. Whichwas good to experience after everything we?ve been through over the last two years. These guys did really good I?m so impressed.Forgot to add I was pleasantly surprised when one of the people I was with said they had an allergy they didn?t send out onionsbecause it was close to what the person was allergic too. Tried this place out because it?s close-by, and was it a bit weary based on the reviews here. I will say the food here is... pretty average, nothing too special and they?re priced pretty average as well. Came here on a Wednesday night when it wasn?t toobusy and I could definitely see what some people were saying by slow service. The servers were all very nice, but there were acouple of times where people were looking around for them to place an order. I can only imagine how it would be on a busyday. I ordered the turkey club wrap and it was SO overpowered by the bacon that was all I could taste. Bacon was way too saltyI had to take it out so I could taste everything else. I wouldn?t mind coming again, but def wouldn?t recommend coming here ifyou tend to get hangry or are in a rush and need food quickly. Read more
Tried this place out before the Leafs game. So unorganized! Huge line up out side. By the time we got in there were lots of... tables open just no one cleaning or seating anyone fast enough. Ordered the jalapeños poppers and the calamari. Poppers and Iguess we?re not that bad but the calamari was so bad! Super think and chewy! Like you had to struggle to chew it up. Brutal! Iwill say and this is the reason I gave 2 stars is that the waitress was a doll and noticed we weren?t eating it and asked whatwas up. We explained it was terrible and she took it back. We then ordered the spicy chicken nachos, they were not spicy, hadbarely any chicken on them and a small amount of cheese. I even asked for extra cheese! Tricolour nachos it stated, Um no juststale one colour nachos. How hard is it to make nachos? Really? This place is small and so crammed! They don?t takereservations like any other place around the arena! Clearly this is there way of getting business! I was there with a customeras I take many clients out.
