This is the 3rd location I've been to this year. Hey Noodles offers a taste of Northern China in a modern fast casual setting.... Think of this as the chipotle of noodles in spicy broth. Their noodle, made fresh, are springy with a slight chew to them. Verysimilar to ramen noodles but silkier. Noodles refills are unlimited. Typically busier location takes longer to bring this outbut no issues when I went. Ordered the pork belly. Meats are pre-made and layered on top of hot soup and noodles. My proteinwas still cold throughout. The pork belly wasn't braised long enough and was tough. Clean, fast service, still a good valueeat. This chain is a must try once. Read more

Highly highly recommended! As a person absolutely hates noodle this noodle chain completely change my view on noodles!! The... noodles are very al dente????????????? If you have more of a western palate try the sesame paste noodle or peanutpaste~????????????!?dry noodles? if you would like to taste the authentic southwest china try the 'chongqing minced pork withpeas!' And remember to add at least MILD NUMBING!!! The numbness taste of sichuan pepercone is so addictive! (i don't like spicyso i chose no spice) Read more

Came for lunch and left with a happy experience. The waitress was very attentive, the food tasted great and the broth had a nice... kick to it. Though the spiciness was milder than I had thought. Would come again to try the wonton soup Read more

Food that pleases the eyes, but disappoints the tongue. Back in Vancouver, my Chinese coworker and I would always order from a... takeout spot when we were craving a Chinese Beef Noodle Soup. It had been a couple months since I had moved from Vancouver, andwas having heavy cravings for a similar dish. As I frequent the Christie restaurant are, I was pleasantly surprised to see HeyNoodles as I had not noticed it before. From the pictures, it was everything I was looking for, a big bowl of Chinese Beef andNoodles Soup. Upon sitting down and viewing the menu, I noticed how low the prices were, for the quantity of what we got thiswas great value. The build your own bowl runs you about $12-18 roughly, which is great. Food was made and brought to us quickly, and it did seem fresh and hot. As we began to eat, we started to notice quite a lot of flaws. First, the noodles were veryovercooked and soft. This is a big negative to the dish, to the point I and my girlfriend did not finish our bowls. Next, thesoup itself was quite flavourless, it did have that unique Chinese tingling spice but overall was just lacking in flavour. Thenthe meat, the pieces of meat were very unsatisfying, my meat was not tender like other spots I?ve had similar dishes from, andthe cuts of meat seemed to have little fat which some may not complain about, but I actually prefer some fat in cuts of meat inthis dish. Overall, Hey Noodles at Bathurst offers a wallet-friendly Chinese Noodle dish that upon first impressions looksreally good, but upon my first taste, left more to be desired. I will look to try this place again, and I encourage you to aswell as the price is quite low. Additionally, I would like to see more service from the servers, during our dinner we never hadour water topped up nor was asked if our dish was okay. Read more

One with soup and pork belly, and one with peanut butter sauce and beef brisket. Delicious meals, great portion (enough for two... meals), and the meat was tender and juicy. Reasonable prices too. Note, for the dry noodles, there?s actually a lot of sauceand the bottom of the bowl is filled with saucy goodness. Read more

Was having a late dinner and it was the only place open and I'm glad I stumbled upon this place. Very good soup ???? and lots of... good options. I had the braised beef which was super tender, gave me MTL smoked meat vibes. My friend got the pork belly andthat was soo good, definitely will be getting that net time. The portion size was really good, and they do offer a free refillon the noodle as (though the refill noodles aren't as good because they haven't absorbed the taste of the broth). One star offjust because the egg was hard boiled (and quite chalky) as apposed to soft boiled, I think that would make the dish that muchbetter. After tip came out to about 20 which is a little pricey but I do think it is worth it. Read more

I really like the eggs noodles with bbq pork I tried at this place. The fried chicken is also a great snack for the price... although they could use some dipping sauces or coating. The menu is also a bit confusing but I still recommend coming here. Idon?t have Chinese soups too often but this tasted unique. I look forward to trying more of their menu and getting more familiarwith their dishes. Read more

Came here yesterday for their grand opening $1 noodle special with my husband. We were seated immediately and the staff were... friendly and efficient. We had an option between a sesame and peanut sauce and the level of spice. We got an order of eachsauce. The special was an egg noodle with some veggies and the sauce. It was super basic, no meat but tasty. What stood out tome was the texture of the noodles - it had the perfect texture/chew. We have never been to any of their locations before andbased on our experience yesterday, we would totally come back to try other items on their menu. Read more
