The manager (Ethiopian man) serves rotten salad to his customers and when you ask for a refund or exchange, he tells you no. He... seems to not care about customer retention or satisfaction. I like this place. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is well prepared too. Highly recommended.
So I was there yesterday with my family and I have to say the worst experience ever. My 3 year old had to use the washroom when... we went in one was clogged with cigarette buds the other washroom had clothes and things a bag full of things so maybe someonesleeps there at night. When we ordered the food the girl making the food was nice but the manager had no idea what he was doing.We didn't get our donuts or pie and when I asked we only got the donuts . He didn't ask us what drinks we wanted he said to gosit down he will let us know when the foods ready and he gave us all 7 up. The service here was excellent! I came in with three large groups ordering burgers. The staff was very fast, friendly and... accommodating, even with 32 people being at the restaurant. They stayed organized and made sure everyone had a great meal thattasted fresh. Read more
I tried the chicken burger and the chicken poutine. What I liked about the poutine was that there was good amount of chicken and... sauces were good and flavorful too. I loved the taste thoroughly. Prices are also okay. Service was quick and I loved the foodoverall. Read more
Couldnt dine in because I was with my friend who has a mobility issue and uses a scooter. Only 2 door here. One of them has a... step, the other has a ramp that's too big and the doors are tight so he couldn't get around them. That, plus the doors don'topen automatically, someone will need to hold the door. Read more
It's actually a good restaurant. With fast service that is always right. Decent seating and a great spot to stop for some food.... This store used to be nicknamed H00ker Harvey's. Because of all the working ladies out on the corner. But those days are longgone. Read more
