I went in there yesterday after going to the beach. The beautiful cashier complimented me on my lipstip colour. She had the... nicest smile and was the genuine friendliest person in customer service I've ever met. Her name was Madera. And then the ladieswho made my burger and got my drink were also very friendly. Their names were Dagma and Navneet. Thanks ladies! ???? What awonderful experience. Not the best experience here the lady working at the cash was very slow and the line up was long also the girl making the food... was grumpy and complaining that she was tired?never got asked for my scene card either so I could collect points?also I ordereda poutine and a cheese burger and the cheese was melted at all on my burger and got attitude when I asked for a few extrapickles. I'm addicted to Harvey's burgers! They have a great choice of toppings and the ghost pepper mayo is bomb. I love how I can... customize exactly how many slices of tomatoes and cucumbers I want in my burger. The coupons are great as well, usually get anoriginal or angus for $3 or a double for 4.20 or $5 respectively. Read more
Best herveys ever. Speedy service at the cashar, beautiful kitchen staff and they have great gurnish technique! In addition:... they always provided the plant activity pot for kids upon request. I will never give this place a try again anymore! Food is disgusting and never fresh in the evening time..They are very slow,... moody. Team work is horrible! The burger I had was burnt and cold and tasted like it was 2 days old! I threw it out. The guyprobably gave me a burger that was there all day and it was expired! It's always odd Harvey's only puts toppings on and is completely confused when you ask for bottoming's. I'm very specific about... my burger I want my burger made in this order. The bottom bun should have ketchup and mustard then the burger patties, then thecheese, two slices of tomato, then two pickles, then onion and finally mayo and of course then top bun. But to get a Harvey'sworker to understand that is the most difficult thing it's almost as if they believe that there's only one way to make ahamburger. Which is putting all of the toppings directly applying it to the top bun. Harvey's I thought your slogan was yourburger your way. How come it always feels like it's my burger your way? Read more
