Reviews for Hancook Cheese Dakgalbi in Toronto, ON
Really good food and service. I had cheese dakgalbi and the taste was pretty much as I remember from when I lived in Korea. It... was a bit odd to not have rice included with it. Read more
I didn?t try the signature cheese dakgalbi and only had the spicy rice cakes. It was okay. The rice cakes were too soft and felt... over cooked. But The sauce was tasty which made up for the texture of rice cake. the highlight for me was the side dishes! Thenoodles were delicious and the service was very polite. Read more
Cheese Dakgalbiwas good. Never tried that before and we went as the place was recommended to us by a friend. Service was fast... and very friendly. Two servings were enough, plus dumplings and two beers. Read more
Delicious Cheese Dakgalbi! We also had fried rice with the remainder dakgalbi. The staff was nice and the restaurant was not too... crowded. Their side dishes are good too! Read more
Unfortunately they don't use the stoves to keep the cheese dakgalbi warm, but had chicken, rice cakes, and some added ramen... noodles on top. Filling meal but left a bit to be desired. Bulgogi was better, the meat was tender, umami and slightly sweet. The side dishes that came along were also pretty good! Read more
Loved the cheesy rice cake for 2! Definitely can feed more than two. Recommend adding ramen noodles to the dish. Portions are... plenty and with a large amount of chicken. Next time I will add extra cheese as well. Was not busy on a Saturday evening andservice was prompt. Read more
