Reviews for Hair Of The Dog Neighbourhood Pub & Restaurant in Toronto, ON
Loved the vibes here. The rooftop patio had heating when we went, and they have a garden patio as well which was closed. Typical... neighborhood pub with good beer on taps and cans. The cocktails were great too! Only had a salad so can't really comment on thefood, but the salad was great! Read more
Great food and great service but prices on the high side. Spent years in England and this reminded me of many pubs there. $25... for a grilled chicken sandwich with the Greek salad and $25 for two pieces of fish and chips (see photos). I ordered iced teawhich was terrible so avoid that. Great patio (for downtown) Read more
Great food, friendly service, and a great selection of drinks. I had the butter chicken grilled cheese, and it was delicious! We... sat on the patio, and it was really nice ? it felt very quiet and secluded despite being on a very busy street. Read more
Nice local spot. Their takeout got me through the pandemic. I either get the fried chicken sandwich or the fish and chips.... Portions are good value. Good list of beer, my fav being delirium. Patio is a hit in the summer being dog friendly and rightin the Village. 4 stars as sometimes the food has been a bit inconsistent. Read more
Great customer service (super friendly), good quality food & an extensive list of craft beer?s & alchoholic beverages from... across Ontario. Reasonably priced menu but a bit too pricey for me personally. I had the hair of the dog burger, just youraverage burger cooked to perfection with high quality ingredients. Will be coming back to try their duck poutine & southwesternstyle chicken sandwich which I hear is really good! Read more

Went to Hair of the Dog for brunch on a Sunday. Food was good, menu is diverse in options but still kind of small at the same... time. The mimosas were a generous size and the service was good. Not crazy about the coffee though, it wasn?t the best roastand I felt that a restaurant like this should be bringing real milk and cream to the table not mini wasteful plastic ones. Notthe best for wheelchair accessibility as there?s steps and stairs everywhere. So keep that in mind if you?re considering arestaurant and going with people that require accommodation. Read more
