I went there for a family event recently where we had rented out the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the venue. The... food was great, the decor was stunning! They made the most adorable charcuterie cones as an appetizer, and they were delicious.The authenticity of this Italian restaurant was incredible. We felt like we were right in Italy! Went for a Saturday lunch. They have cute patio seating. There was no wait. We were very very well taken care of. Both the... cocktails we ordered were customized for us and the pasta was as delicious as can be seen from the photo. I bet the space lookscuter during the night. Wil definitely be going back soon. My friends and I decided to go here during the little Italy festival. Few things led to this rating which made us disappointed.... 1. Server explained everything and once my friend stated that she is allergic to nuts she laughed a little which we didntunderstand what part was funny. 2. The food came and it was cold, like it was out for few hours cold. We asked them to just heatit up because they were super busy but they insisted on cooking them again so we agreed. 3. Once the food came again the pastawas uncooked, like hard pasta not only for me but also for the two others that ordered pasta. We didnt eat all of our food, paidfor the bill and left. My partner and I came here during Taste of Little Italy - I want to start off by saying that the food and service was excellent!... Very very good. The thing that was disappointing about our experience was the management - during our meal, we heard 2 managersberate staff members - one of them even started to threaten to fire someone. We understand that this was probably a super busyand stressful time for the restaurant but we really don't like to support business who treat their staff this way - the servicewe received was excellent and there was really no need for this behaviour. Very quaint little restaurant with a nice ambiance. The restaurant is quite small and cozy and you may be able to hear the... conversation at the next table. The pizza looked delicious. There were some unique combinations of ingredients in some of thepizzas. I wasn’t a big fan of the sauce or crust but it was a generous portion. I did really enjoy the stacked polenta withthe delicious dipping sauce. Italian wine is one of my favourites so that was a little indulgence. Read more

Ambiance: Booked the reservations for 8 people the same day and we were glad they were able to accommodate a large party on... short notice. On arrival, did not anticipate a fairly large establishment. The walls are covered in scenery, there is a Vespa atthe back behind the pizza station & even a hidden door. There is a beautiful outdoor patio with mood lighting. They definitelyget points for the ambiance. The bathroom was interesting, they are open to everyone but the space between the stalls and sinkis very tight. You have wait until everyone has washed their hands before existing the stall. Service: friendly.. a littleslow Food: They have a lot of options, we requested if we could toppings like chicken on the pasta, we were advised they do nothave chicken. The food came warm & fresh. The foods items varied in flavor. I would have to say the gnocchi was my favorite, itwas full of flavor. The lemon risotto was alright, the eggplant parmigiana was my least favorite.
