The food quantity was much lower than what you can get at other Paramount locations. The service was quick as one can expect... from a fast food location. This is located in the Union Station food court, and unlike a typical Paramount restaurant where youcan dine in, this location only offers take out. There are seating options available in the food court but it's usually packedduring lunch hours. Overall, I was not happy with the lack of food I got for what I paid. Read more

I wish Google had the option of half stars because I would rate this as 3.5 instead of 3. Usually at the York Concourse food... court I opt for The Sushi Shop, however this time I went with Paramount. I ordered a plate which came with 2 bases, toppings, 1protein and 1 sauce option. I went with the chicken shawarama plate with spicy potatoes and fattoush salad as my two bases. Iordered all the toppings and chose the garlic sauce. My playe was very tasty and flavourful, however the chicken portion couldhave been larger as there wasn't a whole lot. Also the spicy potatoes were on the oily side and there definitely wasn't enoughgarlic sauce! For the plate and a canned drink it came to $20, which u consider a little steep, however I suppose is the reason normal given our current economic situation ??????? Read more
It used to be so good..the last couple times I went I was highly disappointed! The fries were cold and tasted like they were... sitting in oil for hours. I always felt like I was treated differently than other customers ! I noticed other customers theygreeted in their language with smiles as well as filled up their box with meat .. whereas they didn't even speak to me politelyand they gave me less than others around me ! I'm going to stick with the Chinese food or roy woods next door .. better serviceand its cheaper ! Read more
I have eaten at other Paramount Restaurants as well, but this one was the best. I was helped by Mohammad. Very nice person. The... chicken shawarma was delicious and filling. I highly recommend this place. Read more
I enjoy this cuisine and love to stop here for a meal when travelling through Union station. They?re quick and always have good... fresh food. I like that they have lots of toppings and sauce options and they warm up the wraps just before giving them to you. Read more
I arrived to a small corporate onsite event I was supporting and quickly learned catering for the week hadn't been taken care of... yet. I called Paramount at Union Station and asked if they could provide us lunch the next day, and they were willing toaccommodate. The food was great, arrived hot, and they even quickly corrected a small mistake on their end. I'll definitelyconsider them next time we need catering! Read more
