We absolutely love Mississauga Galito?s but didn?t want to drive the distance so decided to give this location a try. Big... mistake, we were very disappointed. I?d rather drive the distance and have food that we enjoy. We ordered a burger meal whichcame with COLD fries, they seemed like fries that were sitting there for a while. One portion of fries was super hot so I knowthose were old. We also ordered double chicken legs and half chicken but chicken was small cut up pieces although it usuallycomes in full pieces (quarter leg). We recently had our party catered by Galitos Thorncliffe. To say the food was absolutely delicious is an understatement! We... catered for approximately 50 people but the servings were so generous that our guests were able to help themselves to multipleservings. The customer service was great! They went above and beyond to ensure the food was prepared fresh and on time. Theyeven threw in a couple extra sides which was a very nice gesture. Fries and garlic breads were gorgeous, there fries are one of THE BEST fries I ever had in Toronto. Their chicken was well... seasoned and was smokey, although I wish it was a bit more seasoned, but that bit is just due to the franchise's sauce. I lived at Thorncliffe about 15 years ago and at that time there were only a few halal food places in the area. I visited... Thorncliffe today and was looking for some place to eat and saw this place with Halal sign on main door. So I decided to give ita try. I ordered one full chicken and some rice. They were pretty fast in getting my order ready. Food was really tasty andquality of chicken was superb. It was cooked very well to perfection. This place is a must go for anyone looking for some realygreat halal food. Some old Afghan restaurants in area are only selling their name. This place and the staff deserve more than 5 stars! Did my brothers birthday here. The staff and the manager was so... accommodating They were friendly, efficient and professional. Despite the weekend they made sure to cater every need of our 25guests! They let us decorate the place, serve the cake and the food that's just amazing! Everything was fresh anddelicious.
