Went to get lunch at a Freshii recently and discovered they'd replaced in-person cash workers with a 'percy' video chat system.... I thought it might have been a COVID protocol to keep staff safe but NOPE looks like they've just outsourced their work, andfrom what I've read it seems like to places with lower labour standards than Canada. Also, I imagine this allows far fewerworkers to work a tonne of stores. Just a shameful way to cut costs and I won't be eating at a Freshii until this is gone. Read more

This company has order takers that greet you on a screen from Pakistan. Way to go freshii for stealing a job from a Canadian.... Not impressed and I will not support you and I will tell all my friends to boycott your business until you get rid of theoutsourced jobs. Read more
Not very responsive. Don't seem to offer much support to their franchises. Too bad because the product is actually pretty good.
I?ve been trying to eat at Freshii more ..But I?ve got to see some locations they give you half a salad.. I was at the lougheed... mall location and I ate the whole salad and I was still hungry for what 11 something ? .. I ordered 2 kale Cesar salads with chicken and when I got home , we didn?t get chicken on our salad ... we got there at 7:45 15... minutes to closing time, by the time we got home and noticed they were closed .... $40 for 2 salads without chicken ... notimpressed... I want my money back Read more
Can?t justify supporting a business who resorts to virtual cashiers from foreign counties who are paid nowhere near living wage... as a way to cut costs. Way to go for inhumane practices. Absolutely should be ashamed. Will not support or recommend until anofficial apology is issued. Read more
