This is the last time I will ever visit this restaurant and freshii in general. The concept is good, however their customer... service and quality control is atrocious. Half the time you get a meal with no chicken, or one piece of chicken. Multiple timesI order 15-20 minutes ahead of time with the app, and I get to the store and they haven't even started the order, or they get myorder completely wrong or make replacements without notifying me. I have been a loyal customer despite all these flaws. Buttoday was the last straw! Read more
The staff here are exceptional. They were able to answer all of our questions and were very friendly. They accommodated my... dietary request of oil free and made me aware that the kalamata olives I had selected for my bowl contained oil. They went above& beyond to make sure we were happy. I ordered a bowl with chicken on Ritual app and just picked it up, around 14:10 pm. There is no chicken in it and when I called... to ask about it, I was advised by this person at the store to go there next time in person to get FREE CHICKEN slices! Noapology! The service was excellent & the store very functional. The smoothies look good too. My only bone of contention was the lack of... chicken we received in our bowl. My wife & I got one of the specials ($13.99) & for that price point we were expecting morechicken with our order. It also seemed that the rice portion was small as well. It was disappointing tbh. Overall ok- butportions for the prices paid are not acceptable. I really wanted to give Freshii 5 Stars ?? but 4 is best I could do. We?ll beback to try the smoothies tho. Read more
Love this place! I tried the Teriyaki Twist and oh boy that was so good! I literally went there every day and eat the same bowl... during my stay at the Westin Harbour Castle (Was at Toronto for my job training)! The food was fresh and delicious! The staffwere always polite, courteous and smiling! I will definitely go there the next time I stay nearby! Read more
Love coming to get my breakfast pockets here! I usually order the bacon cheddar egg pocket but I always swap out the cheddar for... feta or avocado. Recently tried Buddha's Satay but with brown rice and no green onions. Absolutely love their peanut sauce!!Thinking about just ordering this bowl again but have it with the rice noodles. Staff is always friendly and I enjoy droppingby here for breakfast and lunch. It's a refreshing option amongst all the greasy and unhealthy options in the area.
