My burrito was gross, tbh. Soggy and poorly put together with little care. I understand this is essentially a fast food chain so... my expectations aren?t high and most visits to other locations haven?t been disappointing but this location consistentlydisappoints. On top of poor food quality the service is also lacking. I?ve learned my lesson. Not this one! If you?re in thearea go to another place for food. Amazing, well kept place with a TON of vegetarian options!!! Absoutely worth going in and checking out. Tons of drink options to... choose from as well. Healthy alternatives available such as cold pressed juices and fresh smoothies. Seating area available too. Read more
The food was fantastic, the staff was amazing. It's a family run restaurant, and it's a bit hidden but definitely a Toronto gem.... The lady was willing to let me customize my order and change my order as much as I wanted. 10/10 would go again. The hey have somany menu options and so much customization. Every item is delicious. This Freshi was amazing. It's a little hidden and hard to find, but when you do it's amazing. It's a family run restaurant and... the lady is super accommodating to dietary restrictions. She let me customize the items how ever I wanted and even offered somesuggestions of her own. Read more
Was not fresh at all. The manager called me after posting this and threatened me. Disrespected Me and told me he would be... putting ten negative comments on my page. If you ever do this I will sue you for your last penny. I am reporting you to thepolice and ministry of health. I am entitled to my rightfully opinion without malice. The food was steal and right now I have adiarrhea and tummy ache from consuming this food. The rice was soggy the avocado and tomato was cold and soggy. Read more
Agreeing with the other reviews...this is one of the worst Freshii locations you can order from. Staff at this location are not... friendly. In general the location is very stingy with their ingredients and what they give you. My Oaxaca bowl was half emptywhen I picked it up, I had to ask them to add some rice as there was very little. Wrong topping were given and/or very littletopping was given as well. The whole bowl was basically rice and kale. 10/10 would NOT recommend this location. Read more
Not my regular fresshii place. It's more food to go than a fresshii restaurant, staff not very friendly, not very professional... with the food presentation or knowing about the dishes. By the way the soup wasn't to go, didn't get a very good answer when wetold the lady. So, we won't be coming back. Read more
This location always closes 30 min early. I drive rushing to get there on time and they're checked out early...don't appreciate... that. It's too bad because of all the locations the food quality at this one is relatively good. Read more
