I just went to get myself some juice from this location and it?s 4:52pm on a Friday which this location states they close at... 8pm, I tried opening the door and no note stating will be back or anything, I called while waiting in front of the location anda guy just shook his hand stating no with no explanation or nothing just standing there writing something by the cashier. Too bad we didn?t get a receipt. We got a takeaway. I got a bowl with rotten avocado. See photo. I also got a freshii green... smoothie which also had avacado & it tasted weird. My husband got a bowl buddha satay but the noodles looked weird and nomushrooms even though he paid for it. The Air condition was not working - the place was smelling. I?m a huge fan of Freshii but today?s takeout was quite disappointing. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:05, closing time was... 8:30 and the staff was in wrap up mode. Maybe just bad timing, but the order was prepared in a hurry. Rice noodles were severelyundercooked and gave me a stomach ache. Also, the avocado that I paid extra for was nowhere to be found except for two tinychunks. Hope this is an anomaly in a series of otherwise great experiences! Read more
I will definitely be eating here again, the bowl I had was refreshing and tasty, though I didn't really like the sauce. I sat... out front and enjoyed it in the hot sun with a bottle of water. I think they should add more rice and beans to make it fill youup, or give a choice for that. The staff are nice and helpful. Read more
I usually love Freshii but this time I was trying to be healthier than usual and got a burrito without any meat/protein. It was... not a good idea, all I had was a burrito wrap with tons of rice with a few random beans and corns sprinkle in it. The avocadowas at the very bottom, and the cheese was nowhere to be found. Fast quick service with friendly staff (usually 2-3 people on deck). This is a walk in walk out service than a sit down one.... There are 3 spots to sit (bar style) by the front window but that's all. A small location with fresh ingredients and food. Withfood options, you can always limit the amount of sauce/dressing you want to put in. Overall for a "healthy eating" place - theportions are quite good/satisfying to fill you up. I used to visit this location frequently however with new staff the hygiene has gone way down. The server used the same glove to... grab ingredients as when touching the cash machine! There was even sauce on my receipt! I went back again thinking maybe he wasnew but again the hygiene is not good, the store is messy and the proportions seem off! Read more
