Ordered dinner for myself & my co-workers the other night from this Freshii location as it?s just down the street. Tried to... order via the online website but for some reason (maybe our order was too large who knows) it wasn?t working. After spendinglegit 34 minutes customizing everyone?s bowls, I decided to screen shot the order in fear I would lose everything. I called thestore location, asking if I could just place my order via telephone and the lady instructed me to send an email. I pasted myscreenshot and within 2 minutes she replied confirming email receipt. As it was quite a large order, she asked what day I wantedthis, and I explained I wanted it asap for dinner. She was very polite and replied immediately letting me know my order would beready for pick-up in 35 minutes. When I arrived at the location to pickup my food, the staff (woman) working there was veryvery friendly, in such good spirits despite being there all day as normally one would be tired/cranky wanting to just go homeafter a long days work. She had hand-written my entire order onto a pen pad and was very organized. When I realized I wasslightly over budget and asked to remove a few bags of chips and snacks, she told me she left a few in as she had alreadypackaged the bag for me ahead of time. She also kindly put everything into a box from the back for me since I was unable tocarry all the bags with my two hands and offered to hold the door for me as I was leaving. Great service, better than other locations. Seems well kept and clean. Ingredients are fresh. Not a big deal, but the portions... are a bit light. I added kale for an extra charge to my bowl and the portion seems less than what I would usually get at otherlocations. Read more
Clean establishment, fresh and crisp veggies and toppings. I love building my own buddah bowl, here. The Thai Lemongrass soup is... incredible; full of flavour and the perfect amount of tang, veggies and noodles. Affordable, clean and healthy food. Theowner/manager of this location is super professional and knowledgeable of his product. He treated me to an iced coffee to provethat Freshii's iced coffee is as good as the competitors that I went to, and he was right! Now, I try buy my iced coffee fromFreshii's, if I can. Slowest location of all. That's consistent, but the portion sizes are hit and miss depending on who makes it. Following up on... my review. The portion sizes are comical. This is half of what you get at other freshii locations. The bowl is only half filledand this isn?t the first time. I live across the street but this is the last time I decide not to walk to a further location! Ordered two Teriyaki Twist bowls for pickup and didn?t open the bag till I arrived home and that was a terrible mistake of mine... for trusting. They forgot the main ingredient of my bowls? the protein, there was no chicken in either bowls just veggies andrice, won?t order from this place again. Read more
