We have had a pleasant experience with this restaurant. It was our first time visit. This Freshii is located in a hotel... building. We ordered their Mediterrannean chicken salad and it was good. They could've been a super five star location, but they chose not to. Hmmm... what do you mean by that? umm yeah, the staff was... friendly that's for sure. However, the superfood soup that I ordered, made me wonder if they collaborate with the hospital orsomething. they are super salty , to the point that I can't eat it... like someone poured a bottle of soy sauce in it orsomething (did you??) or if the owner collaborate with a hospital so that people would go for dialysis after... please keep thecorporate taste and don't pour soy sauce in the soup, even the color of the soup changed! We ate at this Freshii location a couple of times as we were guests at the Saint James Hotel, and they provide breakfast... vouchers. This was very convenient as it is in the same building as the hotel. The voucher included one choice of a breakfastitem, served until 10:30AM, and no drink choice. However, they did have orange juice and milk on-site for free. The servicewas friendly enough but a little slow. The food was decent. I really enjoyed the Cali Smoothie Bowl ? the smoothie wasdelicious and the ingredients were fresh. My significant other had ordered it the previous day and said mine was better, andhis was skimpy on the toppings and not as good. Another day I tried the Spinach, Mushroom, and Cheese pocket, which wasdisappointing ? a little bland and soggy. We also tried the Huevos Bowl, which was odd ? the BBQ sauce was really weird anddidn?t go well with the other ingredients. Maybe taco sauce, salsa verde, or a red salsa would have been better? Came free with our stay at st James hotel. The Cali bowl was delicious although the oats and coconut freeze in the bowl and... cause it to be like crunchy chunks of ice which is unpleasant. The chick behind the counter looked clueless but you can'tcomplain about that much. Read more
Just picked up a pangoa bowl and a tex mex wrap about an hour ago. I eat at other freshii locations a lot, but the food at this... location was absolutely terrible. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Chicken was dry to the point of being crunchy and inedible, thebowl was 90% rice when it's usually 50/50, and drenched with sauce, the avocado was brown, and the tomato's were off. Mygirlfriend couldn't eat her food, I could hardly eat my wrap. It was disgusting. Please, if you're staying at that hotel, orgetting freshii in general, please do not go here. I?ve been waiting for about 20 minutes now for a burrito and a drink. They are really slow. They also mess up on the orders too... often within the twenty minutes I?ve been here. & the worst part is how they shout your hotel room number for everyone to know.Not good practice. I just went to this freshii location for the first time and I ordered an Oaxaca bowl with chicken. Firstly I wasn't really... impressed by the dish much to begin with. Dissappointed in the taste.. Then not quite a quarter of the way into the meaI, I bitedown on something hard, that I thought might me some kind of a weird large seed or something. The strawberry banana smoothie was fine but the steak tacos was horrible. It didn?t taste like anything at all. The food was so... bland it was hard for me to eat. Service was so so as the girl taking order was extremely slow and confused (I guess she was newso that was fine). Anw, go to other location if you want Freshii. Read more
