I got food poisoning from this Freshii. I had massive diarrhea. Would not recommend. Do not come here if you value your body and... do not want to feel gross. Their store does not look clean. You can see boxes on the floor... I think they are lettuce. Theworkers seem nice though, their customer service is not the problem. I ordered strawberry banana and market salad. I?ve been a fan of freshii and those menu and it was totally different from what I... had from other stores. I love Freshi as a whole, but this location is not consistent at all. During busy hours, quality goes down quite a lot. It?s... very disappointing, portion sizes get smaller and I always get changed for extra dressing and get zero dressing on my salad. Iorder the extra dressing on the side now and they give me a drop of dressing on the salad of what is supposed to come with thesalad. I go back every time and they always look at me as if I?m a bother. I work 5 minutes away and would have been a great goto spot to consistently get lunch. It hurts me because I love freshii. Today as I stand for 5min waiting to order because there's a line I realize the line I'm waiting in is for people who have... already ordered. I proceed to the cash and the woman behind is talking on her phone (mid sentence to whomever is on her cell) Ican help you, she then tells the person on her phone to hold on a sec' and puts it down. As I take this all in I realize thereis only one person making the food for the lineup of people and this woman is on her phone??? I decide (being a retail managermyself in this mall) that is is not service I want to support, I told the cashier that I changed my mind and she could get backto her phone call (she then picked up her phone )continued her conversation while taking another customers order... Portion sizes small compared to other locations I have been to. I Created a custom bowl and they made it wrong twice and had to... start over. Staff unfriendly and unaccommodating to simple requests that are offered to patrons on your custom menu card.standards of service have gone way down hill. Read more
I order at Freshii almost every other day for lunch and since now my work place has changed I started going to this location. In... last one week they always got my order wrong ... cucumbers in bamboo bowl , mushrooms in oaxaca etc etc. The quantity andquality is not up to the standard and the employees are rude. The protein in the salad is almost missing and that is something Ipay extra for. Disappointed and hence have to stop eating at Freshii for now. Read more
The staffs are so bad ???? For example, giving a completely different bowl or forgetting to put few ingredients like avocado... etc. What's surprising is that my coworkers also experienced similar things. Please train your staffs better. Read more
