Friendly service and made pretty quick for a custom made burger only, it was not a good burger. Mine was pasty and lacked... flavor, including the onions I had on the burger. I also found the French fries to be oily and limp. This was the same with thetwo other people that I had gone with. I don't think I would go back. A bit disappointing seeing as how the 3 burgers and 3fries and 3 small drinks cost over $60. Also, it was a bit of an irritation having to park. I?m very dissatisfied with my order today, I order a grill cheese +patty which I?ve ordered before from this location with no... issues. However today I was faced with an opposition. The employee whom was in charge of the shift today at approximately 9pmtold me that my patty would have to be on the side because ?they don?t do that at this location? I proceeded to show her thatnot only does the website allow such action but I?ve also had a recent order from earlier in the week where I ordered the sameorder and received it with no issues. My sandwich came with the patty (room temperature) on the side and my grill cheese withoutthe extra cheese I paid for and it was not even melted. My mom also was with me and order a little bacon cheese burger whichwasn?t even room temperature, she ended up having to request for a remake. Side note I requested to speak to the manager and shetold me she?ll contact them, went to the back and came back not saying anything about a manager to me. Overall unsatisfied ifsomething can?t be done don?t allow any employee to do it and take it off the website. Simple. Read more
Shout out and respect to the staff at this five guys branch. I see three people working there. My delicious burger came out... within less than 7 min even though there were many people lined up. The way the staff works in unison is just amazing to watch.I was impressed by their efficiency. I really hope they are paid above minimum wage because i really enjoyed the taste and theservice. Visit this location twice a month, most of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant is 4/5 clean but overall a... good place to eat. One thing I'm not a fan of is that on several occasions, I've walked into the restaurant, ordered my foodand got my burger in less than 5 minutes. This obviously means they had the burger already cooked or they are just droppingburgers to anticipate business. When Five Guys first launched, you'd always hear them call out people entering the restaurant,calling out how many patties to drop .... don't hear that very much at this location. Sometimes the staff does work in the backand they don't change their gloves. Last month a worker was wearing his mask below his chin and was talking to others overdressed buns. Read more
Huge spot with spacious seating area but due to covid can?t seat. Clean place too. The service was good and so was the food.... Made in-front of you fresh. I ordered regular fries which was a little too much for me, go with the little fries if you not toohungry. Almost filled myself with just the fries. Burger was delicious too. Read more
Nice and spacious!! Good for social distancing! The burgers are not too bad!! The portion size for the burger seems a little... small for the price! But the taste makes it balanced! The fries that I got however, were soggy. They didn?t taste bad but nexttime when I come I expect them to be a little crispy and not soft! Service is good too! Cleaning standards are good! Ordernumbers aren?t announced to customers and hence it can get a little confusing if there are more people waiting for their orders!Another girl almost got confused with my order! Got a small burger, was a very good size, tasted great! I wouldn't be able to finish a regular size burger, the same as the... order of fries, they give you plenty there was enough for 2 or 3 people. Was a little more pricey then what I generally pay butwas worth the price for the amount they give you if your hungry you won't be after visiting Five Guys burgers.
