Bad customer service. Very slow employees as well. The employee served the customer infront of me, after he was done completing... her order AND food. she decides to place another order all of a sudden. Instead of telling her to wait after he?s taken my orderhe decides to take her order even though I?ve been waiting for 10 mins while this slow poke makes her food. There wasn?t a lineat the store or anything, we were the only two there. Walked out of store without ordering. Employee had another chef in theback who could?ve started on my order given that the store is empty but he said no he?s strictly in the kitchen. Read more

i just picked up my ground beef burrito on a Friday lunchtime. When i got back to my desk and opened it and found instead of... beef, i got something scraped from the bottom of an old pan. Whatever was in my burrito had clearly been reheated for days(actually, weeks) before being scraped off the pan with something sharp and served to a customer. It wasn?t just one bit either,it was all the ?meat? in the whole burrito. I?m going to say that judging my my experience, this place is an actual healthhazard. So now i?m hangry and will need to shell out $15 for another lunch. I know covid has been hard on businesses, and I amsympathetic, but serving someone this is unacceptable. Read more
I have been to this location a couple times but when I went in on 6th March around 13:45 the guy working there seemed new, all... by himself in the store and didn?t knew what he was doing. He made me a little naked bean and cheese burrito bowl but thequantity wasn?t enough like what it?s supposed to be. It literally felt like he was told to give lesser quantity and was addingeverything too less.The bowl was half empty from the little size and didn?t felt worth the money spent. They make flavourful burritos. The price is reasonable for the size. Sometimes the ingredients are not spread evenly but they... try to accommodate special requests (more lettuce than rice etc.) I?m giving 4 stars because the pulled pork was so dry andtough. Read more
I came here just because Chef Ramsey said it was good. Otherwise I wouldn't of because it's inauthentic Latin food. The burrito... was delicious according to my husband. My battered fish bowl was ok. Very basic. I didn't finish it although I had thesmall. This place reminded me of chipotle taste. It's Mexican INSPIRED food. It's alright. Read more
