Just got a delivery to the Royal York. Raw chicken in my burrito bowl. They also forgot one of the drinks. Get it together.

Started out by ordering and getting asked to come back to the counter 3 or 4 times to assure them what I ordered. But that's not... what matters, the food was fantastic. Read more

Waited 25 mins to make an in-house order for take away, because the two staff members were dealing with online orders and... completely ignoring the line of people IN the restaurant. Horrible service. When line up enquired about ordering, asked for 10more mins. Really? 30 mins to.order a take away, pre-made burrito. No bueno Read more

Woman with glasses gave me attitude about giving my order. Couldn't hear her well and she asked me why I gave her instructions... for toppings when it wasn't my turn. It wasn't clear who was next in line. Unacceptable. Not coming back. Not a tourist, not myfault this place is so disorganized. Read more

Have tried their other locations, all met our expectations but apparently something amiss here. Veg burrito was not so filling... as less ingredients, even wraps were not so satisfying! Could be our turn that day? Went there late night after visiting CNtower. Have your try. Read more

I order from here quite often. For the price, the portion size is pretty decent and the taste isn't bad either. Sometimes the... chicken is half fried so I prefer ordering roast chicken instead. I still didn't get it why they add noodles to the burritos, isit a mexican ingredient?! Read more

I paid 35$ for two items. They tell me they can't put specific toppings. No difference between big and huge burrito. Cost... cutting and overcharging don't mix well if you want more/steady customers.(update whole wrap was soggy and meat wasn'tcooked/spied. They also didn't put sauces on the side) terrible experience. Save the trouble. Read more

The place was a convenient food establishment to go quickly grab some grub for people taking a break or finishing their jogging... or cycling activities along Queen's Quay. There are also some bike posts outside to secure cycles which is always a good thing(I know this has more to do with the city than the place itself). Only thing I can think of critiquing adversely are the servingportions. I have had more food for the same price point at other places. For the meal I ordered I got to finish it all up finewith no leftovers. Read more
