????Actually really disgusting food. Got the baja chipotle and the chicken looked like someone boiled it and just threw bbq... sauce as an afterthought. It looks mauled (see picture..I picked it out). The only thing I ate was the plain waffle fries. Thebowl I threw in the garbage. The whole order was a waste of $21. Would never go back. Decent burritos and decent ingredients. Really wish they used a real lettuce as green leaf is just water. Sometimes portions... are better or worse depending on who makes them, rice is cheap don?t be afraid to use it. Read more
Would give no star or half a star for my customer experience. We went in, as a small party of two, and there was only one Uber... Eats/Skip the Dishes (couldn't tell which) delivery guy waiting (for too long) for his order. They did not ask us if they couldhelp take our order but clearly saw us there for the 15 minutes we were waiting. Then two more delivery guys came in - and theyserved them before us - who also had to wait far too long for their customer's orders too and they weren't impressed. Then wefinally just pushed our way to the cash since standing only 2 feet from cash seemed to make us invisible to them. We placed ourorder for two burritos, at which point 4 other parties with orders arrived from the street. Somehow, they prepared and gave foodto one of those people who came in AFTER us (as well as the delivery people they served while ignoring us). Extremely useless and rude staff. Ordered through Uber Eats and parts of my order never arrived. Called the store and got rude... staff. Ridiculous, will never order again, left a bad Uber review and I hope this place closes down because of how rude thestaff is. Learn to treat your customer right or go out of business. Read more
It's a chain so you know what to expect - massive, freshly made burritos and quesadillas at reasonable price - but this store... does one better by having friendly and skillful staff at a clean location that opens late. Be amazed when you order a hugeburrito and not have it explode when you take it out of the wrapper! Read more
Didn?t like the place at all: from the service, to the food. Would not really eat there again! Went in to order to go: it was my... first time. The servers seemed in a huge rush, though the place was empty. They were speaking super fast, with a strong accent -very hard to understand them & didn?t give me the details I needed to decide what I would like to eat. Ended up ordering a beefquesadilla: was not great. Kind of dry, and a little too long grilled (see the picture) & it smelled like burnt. Disappointed. Read more
Don?t bother pre ordering it?even through their own website! I showed up 25 minutes that the web told me to come and they didn?t... even know there was an order (didn?t check their system). MEGA fail. I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to actually makeit. Why bother pre ordering (waiting 25 minutes) then waiting another 15 there to have it made. Read more
