Great to be back downtown at the office and my first "go out for lunch" was at my old favorite spot for a healthy choice at... FastFreshFoods. Food choice and quality were still there and the ingredients were fresh. Staff was very friendly and lunch wastasty. My absolute favourite sandwich, wrap and salad place Downtown Toronto. During covid I would drive Downtown just to get this wrap... with red pepper home made spread. It's crazy that I haven't written a review yet. I literally eat here 3-5 days/week. The staff is incredibly friendly and they... make the food with care. I ordered the chicken broth and multiple other sandwiches/ salads. That hot liquid soothed my soul from the inside. Giving my... body a warm tingly feeling. This chicken broth was of the highest quality I?ve ever tasted. Probably the darkest nectar I?veever consumed. If I could, I would have a waterfall of this chicken broth in my foyer. Rosemary Focaccia Bread, roasted red pepper spread, garlic aioli, tomato, goat cheese and roast chicken. My absolute favourite... sandwich, otherwise known as the recipe for a perfect lunch. Just the memory of the crunch of that bread makes my mouth water. Ieven like the salad! I was going to include a photo, but I ate it before I had the chance.
