We bought a Jura E8 about 9 months ago, the machine is great, but the censor was recently broken, it was such a bad experience... to deal with the Faerna store to get it fixed. Faerna Toronto Yorkville store manager really needs a customer service training,she is rude with no customer service competency, she over-talks, not even listens and her excuse is the fact that they are verybusy to deal with customer service. They really need to fix their service quality and hire a new store manager! Read more

Alexandra and the crew spent the time to show me a variety of semi and fully automatic cappuccino machines and I settled on a... Rocket. I've used it for a couple of months and it is perfect for me! I was having some issues getting a consistent foam andwent for a quick lesson today (see before and after pics).
