I visited this place on weekend Sunday. Even though it was busy the management was very good. Nobody had to wait for table's or... servings. It's preferable to book your table online ahead of your visit or you can also call them and book your table. I reallyliked there service , staff is polite and helpful and they got robot server as well which is very cute. We ordered tomato soupthat comes with all you can eat garlic loaf which is delicious and mouth watering. I ordered penne pasta with there classictomato sauce, baked Cheese and vegetables. The taste was authentic and delightful & properly Cooked. It was a very wonderfulexperience. If anyone is craving for italian food this is the best place to dine in. Read more
We stopped going here a few years ago as the food went downhill FAST. Kids really wanted to visit this place again and we were... pleasantly surprised of the NEW MANAGEMENT. The FOOD IS TASTY AGAIN - we tried and liked Lasagna, BYO pasta, bacon carbonara,soups, salads. Service is also good. Overall, glad we came back after a 2-year break. Read more
Such a great dining experience here at ESM! Our server was amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and high energy! The new robot... assistant is pretty cool! It delivers food right to your table for (almost) touch-less service. The value for the prices here isunbeatable. All you can eat soup/ salad and bread! It was our first visit to east side Mario and we liked the service as the servers were great and quick. We ordered one pepperoni... pizza and a carbonara pasta which comes with one side which has unlimited refills, you won’t be able to finish it as theserving sizes are quite generous. The pasta was great but the pizza was too greasy and was no where near a Italian styled pizza.Definitely some scope of improving around the pizza menu. Read more
