WARNING: Do not ever order from here. The manager on duty said they have no way to deliver pizzas due to ?traffic? - ?they can?t... even ride bikes?. I live 5 minutes away, took 1 hour to get my pizza delivered. Don?t say I didn?t warn you. Pizza is ALWAYScold, usually they get your order wrong and the customer service is non existent. unbelievably unsanitary. No hair nets. No hands washed AT ALL. No gloves. AND worst of all a guy took of his hat off wiped his... forehead with his palm and scrubbed his hands together before going back to modeling the dough. ???????? I wanted to throw up. Ididn?t feel welcomed at all since I entered. They don?t know their menus. He answered the phone while I was mid sentenceordering (and no not to say hold pls) and then with another customer three of them almost ridiculed him because he didn?t knowwhat he wanted was called a calzone. ??????? disgusted. Terrible customer service ???????????????????????? we ordered online and were delivered the wrong pizza. asked multiple times... for a redelivery and was told that id have to pay for the whole new pizza. asked for a manager and was refused.. asked for themanager on shift he said it was him n refused to give me his name. the order was wrong! and burnt! couldnt even eat it if iwanted to. It's almost become a staple at our home. MON, TUE or WED 50% off any pizza on their menu!! Honestly for a cheap yet delicious... and filling meal, can't beat that Downtown... Staff are always smiling, pleasant and willing to go above and beyond. Read more
This rating is the due to the service. I asked for few things and was denied everything! First was the oregano which i asked... to be sprinkled. They denied that by saying it wasn?t possible. Next thing i asked for tap water and was denied right to my facei mean it was so hot outside and even i had pizza in the store so why wasn?t i helped with the tap water. Always ordered pick-up and pizza was ready within 15 minutes but done pretty well as instructed. Never had any issues with any... of their pizzas and tasted delicious. Store is always kept neat and clean. Service was super fast. Read more
A big hit or miss! Their pizzas are decent, sometimes they miss toppings though. Wings are a HUGE disappointment unless... they?re the boneless ones, they also got the wing flavor wrong. Tonight?s pizza was extremely underbaked, it wasn?t hot and theslices fell apart since the middle was RAW. Read more
Ordered 10-12 times from this place. Never had any issue. Please pass our thanks to the staff. One less star because I have not... seen any one wearing gloves during preparation, can you please make sure to follow proper hygiene? Read more
